Your theory is incorrect. I live in the mountains of Colorado and during the summer months, pelicans come up here to the fresh water to vacation. Have seen them in all the local lakes and reservoirs.

Hey papa Pelli, there is an Easter egg in the hitman mission called silver tongue where if you shoot some hidden water bottles around the map you can launch a water bottle nuke (no joke, look up a tutorial) just thought it would be a good video.
@Modest Pelican Gaming You know, technically CJ is still aiming when doing his side shooting with the Tec or the Micro SMG realistically, It's actually a old street trick (learned this from family who is ex-gang related) where you align your index finger with the barrel, and shoot with your middle finger on the trigger. While you can do so vertically holding it, it's much better sideways like how CJ does it in the game.
I brutally massacred and made extinct 5 species of bird in order to lessen the competition of the Pelicans. Whilst staying sufficiently hydrated of course.
It’s the mobile port btw , so it looks cheap af. The PS2 version looks better in it’s own way. Cursed fact, this port was made by the same guys that made the Definitive Edition, and the backlash was so bad they changed the name of the company.
