Good voice but the guitar is distracting and no one could ever top Celine. Sorry, not fond of this version.
Fair enough that Celine will always *your* favourite and that's ok. it happens that this creative reimagining especially with the incredible instrumentals and the skilled, unbelievably talented vocalist is every bit as good to the 872K people who have viewed Dan's video and an overwhelming number of reactors who've watched and been amazed by the skill and imagination that went into it. Celine is a legend, including in my books, but that doesn't stop me from recognizing unbelievable talent and skill when I see it.
Of course, no one can top Celine and I don’t think Dan was trying to. This was his rendition of her classic. As a Celine fan myself, I appreciate the fact that Dan didn’t try to copy her version.
Fond? Nearly a million love it so far. I loved Celine but this song has benefitted by being brought into the present day in my opinion.
