imo this home is well worth the money .......my only negative (sorry!) is I’d hate to think how much that beautiful pool costs to run, I haven’t been able to run my hot tub for the last 2 years because of the electrickery hike .....as always, wicked presentation 👏

Not the perfect luxury house, there is no such thing. However, this is a really lovely property and one of the best that I have seen. I absolutely love the bar and music area, the swimming pool is very welcoming and my wife loves both fire pit areas. The drawback, and there is always a drawback, lack of garaging. Space for 8 cars on the front, but only a single garage and that looks pretty small. You won't get your Lambo or BMW in that.

Nice home very dark and moody fine with me. Indoor pool as well and 1 1/2 wine cellar is nice. A sauna/hot tub as well wow. Not sure about the fireman's pole I guess if you have kids would be fun. Hannah's done well. You might want to lower the sound on the music a bit even in between descriptions. Well done Damion nice to meet the new presenters :)
