Here's another $64,000 question: Zorro gets yanked off his horse, chased around the cuartel (toting Sgt. Garcia all the way), shot at, he climbs over the cuartel wall, attracts EVERY EYE in the garrison shouting "Sgt! I believe this is yours!", he throws Sgt. Garcia's sword like a javelin (AND manages to impale it in the wall near Garcia's head), AND get away again, AND STILL NO ONE NOTICES HE'S WEARING THE SAME CLOTHES DIEGO WAS WEARING WHEN HE GOT LOCKED UP? Look at when he threw the sword!
wel, he was pretty steamed in the second season when he is in Monterey and Ricardo plays a joke on him to have him arrested as a horse-thief. Diego looked like he could shoot daggers from his eyes.
@musicalqueen101 I agree - after all those displays of the de la Vega temper, it IS weird that Don Alejandro is nowhere to be seen. Maybe he was out of town on business, selling hides or something?
I'm a little surprised that Diego would drink with Sergeant Garcia and Corporal Reyes after Garcia betrayed him like that. Diego looked mad enough to chew nails.
The whole premise of Zorro is not very believable of course (the whole disguise is very much "Superman with glasses is suddenly Clark Kent"), and most fans (at least me) are totally OK with that. But this episode is particularly full of plot holes. Several have been mentioned int he comments already (Diego's friends with Garcia again at the end; nobody noticed Diego's clothes underneath is zorro costume; Garcia's sword; the ripped up bed linnen; where's Diego in this narrow escape)
Yeah, in this episode it was almost like "Zorro captured Diego" in the Delon version. And you're right, It happens in many other fictions, like Superman, and seems OK for the fans. In my case I've been watching Pretty Cure series in Japan so long that I became tired to care about it.
Okay, here's the $64,000 question: How in the name of all the horse-care products out there are Diego and Bernardo going to get that paint out of Tornado's coat?
Nowane noticed that zorro is wearing the same clothes as De la Vega? And the sergeant don't wonder how zorro gets his sword? strange. And from another episode; Monastario cannot shoote zorro from a few meters distance, but he can shoote someone from the rocks who is running! All very sttrange to me
That bed sheet was a cape they put on Diego after the bad guy hit him. Or at least I think so. It's a bit strange no one noticed that Zorro wasn't waering his usual black clothes ;) Or noticed Tornado moving to pass Diego the keys. But in this series one can cut corners over things like this. It's still great to watch how Diego get himself out of this troubles.
Maybe it was so darker side outside than we're supposed to believe that nobody saw Zorro dressed with Diego's jacket. They see his sword, they see the Cape, the face and mask. (Garcia never saw Zorro from the front. And the lighting was obviously a little lighter because they're making a TV show. )
I was so worried Diego would've been caught when he was cutting material from the sheets, the soldiers would've found out his secret. This was the biggest risk he ever took.
All this time, after consistently manipulating, coercing, and lying to Garcia to his face, especially with what led to Tornado’s capture, I find Diego’s anger completely hypocritical. It’s good to know he values Garcia as his friend, but he has to realize that he has pulled some underhanded things himself, even though there was good reason for it.
⏲Why comments on this channel are so old? Anyhow, I feel like commenting - I agree. I think the actor should rather act the pretended anger instead of acting the real anger, that would be better for the scene and in accordance to this "friendship". It is a funny idea for the viewers to put behind bars Diego and wait till Zorro appear, something Monastario could come up with if he made it thus far. I so wish Monastario was in all episodes. He could keep failing at capturing Zorro for years, I wouldn't mind, he was funny with his clenched fists, faceplams, "babosos"😋. 🎬🎥
He had luck so many times it is unbelievable. But it won t last forever, in the film with Antonia Banderas, De la Vega(Anthony Hopkins) is unmasked and captured
Wow! I don't think I have seen Diego this mad before.
I think I shoud get my horse to watch this...

Yeah, this is on par with people not recognizing superman as clark kent.
The show wouldn’t be very relevant if diego had gotten discovered
Not too long ago I watched Zorro so much that I had dreams about him for three nights
:)
wel, he was pretty steamed in the second season when he is in Monterey and Ricardo plays a joke on him to have him arrested as a horse-thief. Diego looked like he could shoot daggers from his eyes.
I was thinking of that but this would be even a worst situation right?
@@wuiskarymedina8556 Yeah.
Man, Diego looks pissed

Nothin like a bed sheet Zorro and a paint Tornado.
wow, that episode had me on my toes like no other so far :)

Lucky, Diego! Lucky! Especially with the clothes!!
He got lucky it was a black. He really did
Okay, here's the $64,000 question: How in the name of all the horse-care products out there are Diego and Bernardo going to get that paint out of Tornado's coat?
Soap, water and elbow grease

wouldn't someone look in the cell later and find that the black bedding has been ripped up?
That is indeed very strange
I wonder where Diego's father was at

Sadly diego can help others but himself
I love this in 1984 on the disney channel. Changed my life. Free man son.
Can no one recognize zorro's voice?
Why on earth Bernardo stands back to them?

He should always wear this dark green suit, and lose that ghastly peach suit.
I loved the brown suit with the black shirt Diego was wearing in the last episode.
yes, I'm not a fan of the peach suit, but he still looks great in everything he wears!
They should have seen that under zorro's cape you see de la vega's brown clothes
I know. That's why I was worried Diego would've been found out. He took too big a risk.
what other choice did he have?
Zorro as clever as always
I was so worried Diego would've been caught when he was cutting material from the sheets, the soldiers would've found out his secret. This was the biggest risk he ever took.
Bad shots, but with a lasso...
@musicalqueen101 you mind if i borrow that dream?? hahahaha :D
I am actually a lucid dreamer so if I would like I could dream about him or anything it’s really cool!
any one have zorro cartoon plz in english

Well, diego had a reason to be mad he could have been given death penalty!
