I hope they address it well. Judging by that first scene we saw of S3, I’m a bit nervous. Anne doesn’t really seem too disturbed about what happened to Marcy. If they handle it well enough though they could make go the denial/emotional suppression route? I really hope so, because I want some actual deep shit. Reunion was phenomenal in that regard imo with the scene where Anne breaks down and cries, I kinda wish we had more of that

I mean a lot happened at once, her friend ‘died’, Sasha betrayed her, Andri*s betrayed her, she got back home abandoning Sasha, and she also can go super saiyan now. I definitely feel Anne is gonna be a little overwhelmed in season 3 kinda like how Aang felt in Atla, like the world rests on her shoulders. There was 100% some trauma involved, I mean she’s 13 and she watched her best friend since kindergarten get stabbed and, for all she knows, die. I hope Matt Brady handles the trio’s friendship well and that he doesn’t rush it, because it would be great if Sarah and Marcy got a redemption arc. I think season 3 is gonna be like season 2. Mostly lighthearted, but they sprinkle in some breakdowns and emotional scenes throughout (it is a kids show after all).
"You think you know everything, you know nothing" that works feel for their situation and character, Sasha was too much in her own head/ego to see her failures until it was too late. and Marcy saying it, being the resident smart one got tricked is a really neat idea. Also I like to imagine that the crowd laughing is Andrias of in the corner watching this play out.
This is really good, the animation is on point! I also like the detail that when Sasha got mad her powers started up. That’s something that (if she gets her powers back) I can see happening in the show a lot.

most of it is skewed frames! its usually just 2 frames with slight adjustments inbetween to create the movements KJSDKGJG, also yeah! i sketched it first, some of it were jumped in head first but alot had prior sketches!

so just want to let you know that sasha and marcy (most likely) won't have "super saying powers" because anne only had those because her stone wasn't fully charged so she kept her connection to the stone, when they were in high stress situations or in danger their eyes would glow giving them some kind of boost and when they recharged the stones they broke their conection to the stones except for anne since she didn't fully charged her stone. Anyway this is still a really good video, i'm just nitpicking

Aside from her single highly emotional mistake (and being manipulated by Andrias)...like Anne's done a lot of bad things due to her emotions, too, and was very controlling to her in terms of their dynamic. From what we know, most of what Marcy did was get into trouble which Anne bailed her out from.
Marcys a bad friend because she s a standby, she enables sashas toxic behavior towards anne and avoids conflict to the point where its unhealthy, and while her single highly emotional mistake is one of her glaring problems, it seems like a pattern of marcy getting so caught up in what she wants that she ignores others, she definitely has a people pleasing problem which is hand in hand with her enabling sashas behaviour, while Anne has done a lot of bad things Sasha and Marcy are definitely more of bad influences towards her,
@@Chirrae I don't really see how her passivity is enabling Sasha specifically. She was clearly at the bottom of the hierarchy in their friendship, with Anne feeling fine with ordering her around, and Sasha dominant over them both.

Both sasha and marcy are more logical thinkers with anne more at heart and both think shes more naive that she actually is anne doesnt actually order her around, being protective isnt ordering her around, and while she does tell her to stay put i wouldnt say its because shes higher on the friendship hierarchy. on a reddit ama, matt braly also said that (before true colors) that marcys toxic trait to anne is a spoiler. so its true that she atleast has a toxic strain onto anne
