It is also believed that this temple was the reason for the end of Satyayuga, Tretayuga, Dwapara. In the temple, Kedareshwar is a naturally formed 5 feet high Shivalinga of Lord Shiva which is surrounded by water throughout the year. The surprising thing is that the roof of the temple now rests on only one pillar. Shiv Linga had 4 mysterious pillars, out of which three have fallen in the past, only one pillar remains, it is also believed that as each cosmic era progresses the pillars keep changing their height with the changing eras. The pillars of the temple represent the four phases of the era and when the era is in its last phase then one pillar falls and now this last pillar of the temple represents the Kaliyuga and the day this pillar breaks the world will end. .
