Nice flying man! Yeah ELRS is convenient and easy. Even though I fly ELRS mostly I still have a strange loyalty to TBS. I have crossfire and Tracer as well. And being the OG link of modern acceptable link standards and probably ELRS just reverse engineered itself from Crossfire... I'm hoping TBS and Trappy make some kind of a comeback. 🙏🙏🍺🍺
Yeah I think the same for ELRS no? The thing I like about ELRS is if all your quads have the same setup in modes and the radios all have the same binding phrase then you can have a bunch of radios and fly whichever one is charged up.@@WindjumbieFPV
@@derelictfpvI’m referring to the packet rate, I might be mistaken but it seems that I have to change that each time I switch models in the radio 🤷🏽♂️
When I switched to the Boxer with ELRS my motors got noisy and had to tune it out. Then I used the SupaFly preset in betaflight and that really made it fly well.@@WindjumbieFPV
@@quadbrake Wow that's interesting...I got bad results with Supafly tune (hot noisy) i tried a few presets like UAV Tech etc but none seemed to work for me, my own tune ended up settling on.
Huh. Yeah, I was surprised how noisy mine were with the stock tune. It was unflyable. The first thing I did which made it better was to slide the FF slider all the way down to .01 That quieted it down. The FC was the speedybee f405. It did pretty much the same thing on the DarwinFPV F7 FC as well.@@WindjumbieFPV
Hello "Windjumbie FPV"! Thank you for showing us such a wonderful video! I feel so happy! I look forward to your next work! Have a nice day!
thank you, hope all is well in the Philippines, it looks nice
Liking the multi angle interviews and always great content. 🎥⚡️
Aye thanks man, trying to get creative and spread out the content with different angles and Broll etc
awsome flying as always .. looked like it felt quite locked in n handled well on elrs..
Thanks 👍
Smooth flying captain.
Why not Tango 2 hehe that's my daily driver with CNC gimbles.
That's a nice radio but i want to have the two best control links to date; CRSF and ELRS all in one unit
@@WindjumbieFPV Tango 2 with a ELRS module all fixed. I was just taken back by the jumper quality and no metal gimbles :(.
@@ThomasAndersonFPV I never had CNC gimbals so i can't tell the difference anyway lol
@@WindjumbieFPV I had all in my hand, tango without tango with and jumper without. Sheeesh loads of difference,
The issues with EdgeTX on the Tango, I won a Iflight commando 8, waiting to see what that’s like 🤨
YEAH!!! Finally!!! 🤣🤣🤣
haha yeah, time for some Happymodel gear now
@@WindjumbieFPV hehehe niiice bro!
very nice flight well locked 💚😀👊👍
Thanks Jean
Looking good Ori 🤙🏻
Yes Bruddah, thanks

One thing i love about TBS is that the model is stored on the Rx so you only need one model setup in the radio.

How you like it 👽🤟
At first i thought i couldn't feel a difference bur I definitely like so far, haven't tried 1000Hz yet lol
😸👍Did you find things were faster with the ELRS and did it mess with your tune?
felt like slightly faster rates, not so much the tune.

I was previously using the DJI 2 controller. When I switched to the Boxer the copter seemed much faster.
I also use ELRS Coz it cheaper than tbs rx
yup, cheaper and more readily available than any other fast 2.4g link
