Cool, but I'd like to report a mistake. The strange sound you can hear when standing at the fountain in front of the casino is the music that plays in the casino itself. It's just that years of being under the clouds have turned this beautiful music into a creepy animal growl. This motifs are very similar. Well, the inconsistency is that the music and these sounds are playing together.

It feels kinda laggy, otherwise great work.
I get a sense of 25-40 FPS with a few fluctuations. Still a good ambiance.
