The reason normal chihuahua is more is cuz that people grinded SOLEY the golden egg instead of the regular egg, so less normals exist. More rare, so more value.

Its sad that not many people dont use cosmic and 123 because they are either lazy or dont know of it me being the latter got scammed out of an inflated sleipnir for my 24m gems and somehow flipped it and got 27m out of it the rap was 26.6m when i bought it for 24m and 34m when i flipped it so gl.

The reason why you cant transfer those two pets is because they are signed. Its because there is limited signing in ps99 so you cant transfer signed pets.
