Your finely crafted meditations are lifesavers for me! They so beautifully weave together elements of hypnosis, psychology, and spirituality - even buddhistic truth - together with the ever so soothing background music and your voice - they are like a healing balm!! (though often the imagery and story are so interesting I rather stay awake). But I mostly use them in the morning, esp. when waking up too early, as a meditation and relaxation practice (feeling very stressed this spring + all the extra sunlight - my body and mind need extra help calming down so I can begin the day in a relaxed state). Sometimes, they can even help me reach a feeling of utter weightlessness...no body.

Due to have tinnitus ADHD and anxiety it has been impossible sleep without medication, but after listen to your amazing calming voice I fall sleep and woke up with silence ❤, but in few seconds I started to hear the ringing again. I strongly believe that after discover this wonderful hypnosis one day I will wake up with no ringing 🙏❤, thank you so much for helping us🙏.

Which is not a comfort to anyone, but I am trying not to take things too much to heart as I know that will only be undermining the process of recovery, but it's a process that that's going to take a lot more than phrases and musical stimulation to stop my monkey mindset to start listening, as my mediation is not available to me right now as it's, not the right environment for it so I have been working on my core breathing instead, but sometimes even that sense out the wrong messages especially in a hospital 😆 so I've been trying to rethink new ways of mediating without causing concerns, any ideas would be greatly appreciated when you have the time of course.
@@angelaw9004 thankfully I don’t have to wait much longer as I have been told that my recovery can be better achieved at home in a few days, just waiting for adaptations to be made in my bedroom to make my recovery more manageable while I’m still healing.
Jason you know exactly what to do my friend. These have helped me get through intense prescription pill withdrawals which if you have ever had to or know anyone who has you will know its one of the hardest parts. Last time i went 10 days without sleep hardly anytime at all. Amazing. God bless

This one really helps me. Me sleeping problems have been going on for +10 years. But this one helps me to relax and sometimes to sleep for 30-45 minutes. The best is the beginning: I give myself permission to rest. I had a bad experience with one of your orhers, it was, as I remember, about affirmations. It gave me a serious nightmare. The nightmare might have come anyway, but it was very uncomfortably to dream the nightmare inside your affirmations. I dare not listen to your affirmations again. But I love your Sleep-talk-down's. ive listened to this for a couple of weeks now- puts me to sleep everytime- i tried other sleeping meditations.. didnt work but this one definitely does- i wake up tired but also really refreshed

Wow it worked!! Just woke up from a good night’s sleep, last thing I remember is him counting down to 2, and I say 2 because I must have fell asleep before he got to 1. Lol
And I love the little small sound of crackling fire. Not fond of what others use to do almost permanently: ristling water that almost overturns what is supposed to be the relaxing sound of the voice. The constant and overwhelming sound of running water only distracts me and I run to the toilet every 4 minutes to pee .. nothing. I like your voice, and I like that the ckicling sound of fire from the fireplace is there. But in the background. Calming background sound, but nut disturbing the sound of your voice. Your voice is no.1. Background sounds is helpers to make it feel extra more comfortable, secure and safe. Thank you❤

Dear Jason, could you perhaps create a hypnosis session for those of us with hyperawareness, particularly around sleep (sensorimotor or focused on swallowing, breathing, too much, or the process of falling asleep.) Some of us are hyperaware of the process of falling asleep, keeping us from actually sleeping. It's quite common and it'd be great if it's addressed by hypnosis somewhere. Perhaps you could create a session around the problem of hyperawareness whilst trying to fall asleep and how to detach from the awareness about self? Thanks so much.

This is too confusing for someone whose spent their life on the West Australian coast. My mind keeps getting conflicted between images of a camp fire on the beach with the crashing waves, cool salty air, sunset clouds, crunchy soft sand and early stars and been told to think of snow and forests and log cabin instead.

It really makes me feel.. long and well .. .? I'm not joking, It makes me feel me, and It makes me fejl good about feeling me. May sound weard. I'm really tired now. But although your videos don't really make me fall asleep (nothing does,I don''t ever sleep untill I actually pass out, after a couple of days), this one makes me relax so much that I almost fall asleep, very close to sleep.

Wow it worked!! Just woke up from a good night’s sleep, last thing I remember is him counting down to 2, and I say 2 because I must have fell asleep before he got to 1. Lol

And I love the little small sound of crackling fire.
Not fond of what others use to do almost permanently: ristling water that almost overturns what is supposed to be the relaxing sound of the voice.
The constant and overwhelming sound of running water only distracts me and I run to the toilet every 4 minutes to pee .. nothing.
I like your voice, and I like that the ckicling sound of fire from the fireplace is there. But in the background. Calming background sound, but nut disturbing the sound of your voice.
Your voice is no.1. Background sounds is helpers to make it feel extra more comfortable, secure and safe.

Dear Jason, could you perhaps create a hypnosis session for those of us with hyperawareness, particularly around sleep (sensorimotor or focused on swallowing, breathing, too much, or the process of falling asleep.) Some of us are hyperaware of the process of falling asleep, keeping us from actually sleeping. It's quite common and it'd be great if it's addressed by hypnosis somewhere. Perhaps you could create a session around the problem of hyperawareness whilst trying to fall asleep and how to detach from the awareness about self? Thanks so much.

This is too confusing for someone whose spent their life on the West Australian coast. My mind keeps getting conflicted between images of a camp fire on the beach with the crashing waves, cool salty air, sunset clouds, crunchy soft sand and early stars and been told to think of snow and forests and log cabin instead.
