PSA: When using the Draw Control system, make sure to watch your hand position when you come to full draw. If you let off the thumb barrel at full draw and the handle is already rotated, then the release may activate and release the hook. In the shotgunning world we call that a "release trigger", and it's actually a neat effect of the design of this hinge since you can command your release by doing it deliberately. Also, the bolt that locks it down doesn't have anything that would keep it from backing itself out over time. So if you choose to use the Draw Control, it might be a good idea to remove the bolt entirely.
I Agree with you , That’s the Issue I had with the Release ? Killed a few Pro Comp’s , Stopped Shooting it ! It will be on Archery Talk if any body is Interested in it !
Stan releases FTW, they really made a good one here. I love being able to feel confident my hinge won't go off until I want it to. Might change as I get better but for now this thing really helped me.
Nonsense, this is a good design with many adjustment options, also available in different sizes to suit your needs and everything is standard with the release, extra large button, longer lever! You only have to make the effort to adjust it to your liking.
