PDP Commissioner Blanche Carney announced that Steven Angelucci will be promoted to Warden of the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility (CFCF), Pierre Lacombe will be promoted to Warden of the Riverside Correctional Facility (RCF), and Norman Williams will be promoted to Warden of the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center (PICC). All three facilities are located on the PDP’s State Road campus in Northeast Philadelphia.
These are the individual who actually runs the jails in Philadelphia Blanche Carney is just an commissioner very similar to the speaker of the house.
The system has long been corrupt. Now the city is suddenly acting as if it has always cared about the significant crisis they face, but this demonstrates the ineptness of many of the people in charge of keeping the system in excellent working order. Philadelphia is an extremely corrupt and badly managed city. I hope that the news media will continue to cover this story and get to the bottom of the issue.

They keep telling people about AI and how AI will be taking people's jobs in the very near future(its already happeneing in many manufacturing jobs and service sector jobs), so why not go full fledged and implemented AI in prisons/jails since nobody wants to work in corrections because of how dangerous and horrid the conditions are!
Somebody helped them out and out blame on understaffing. If nobody helped them that means the guards are so lazy they couldn't even lock and check doors. Everything is messed up here.

I respect the ingenuity of a good prison escape, it is human nature to be free. The conditions in these prisons are borderline abusive and they have every right to escape in my opinion as long as they don't hurt anyone which they didn't so kudos to that, never let them catch you!
