Luke is in denial about his feelings for Reid the reason he wants to run back to Noah was because he feels guilty for developing feelings for Reid so instead of dealing with them he is running from them to a safe choice which is Noah. Reid doesn't want to be Luke's second choice he wants to be Luke's one and only true love.
Oh Reid's heart breaking to feel like the 2nd choice...good for him standing up for himself! Poor Luke trying to "win" Noah back...he doesn't even realize he's crawling back & begging Noah's forgiveness AGAIN...he's so accustomed to having to do that with Noah. Luke and Reid are perfect for each other!
Noah's lying to Luke about not being able to see clearly... Luke's lying to Noah about "nothing going on" with Reid... Reid is being TOTALLY honest with Luke about everything... Luke is being honest with Reid about everything (EXCEPT the stuff he's lying to HIMSELF about!)... Aye, aye, aye...sounds like an opera!

If the people he cares about reject him, he is lost - he needs to discover his own sense of self-worth, and then - not out of need, but out of want - CHOOSE who he wants to be with. And I also agree that Reid is so GOOD at pushing Luke to stand on his own two feet, realize his own worth, and take responsibility for his life.

IT was DONE and OVER with. But Noah just assumed that Luke would be waiting for him when he got his eyesight back - which is due to LUKE'S hard work and dedication to get Reid to come to Oakdale.

I am just focusing on the kissing part of the show and ignoring the rest. By Luke's face we all know he wanted to make love to Reid but that dumb Noah just had to come by the house.
It's hand to let go of first loves, so I understand Luke-- hard to let go of 4 years (though most of it was wacky, drama-filled misery), for something/one uncertain. But today w/Noah, Luke regressed into a groveling, whinny, begging-for-scraps-from-Noah doormat. Noah, controlling, self-absorbed, as usual. I kinda wanted Reid to let Luke in and comfort him though, just to show that Reid was someone who would be there for Luke, rather than push him away. But adult (and hurt) reaction from Reid.
WTF? it's like the writers just sit in the room thinking of ways to drive us crazy. Personally, I wanted Luke to end up with Reid just because him and noah, they just never seem to make it work. If they ever grow up and figure that out, I might feel different. Instead I've switched to the L/R team. And of course being a soap, they have to have Reid toss him out. This sucks. Just have them duke it and have sex, we know it's what they want and we know that Luke wants him so there ya go.
This episode made no sense to have Luke all of a sudden wanting Noah back came out of left field. This episode was to painful to watch. I can't wait until Noah will be offscreen for awhile and focus more on LURE!!

I liked Reid, I thought the two (Luke and Noah) needed a break at some point to realize what was wrong in their relationship and I believe Luke and Reid did love each other as did Luke and Noah but rewatching this and all of Luke and Noah's storyline, I realize just how often Noah pushed Luke away and then got angry when he found someone or something else to turn to. I think Luke and Noah, eventually, could make a great couple but Noah needed to grow up and realize Luke needed someone who was as open as he was and trusting as he was and I think, remembering the second to last episode, he finally realized that by saying that if he chose, he would always be there for him.
yup...it's sad, I know...watching it again...
