Considering a 10 minute video I didn't think it was a very good guide to what you can do in Belo Horionte, "go to the football stadiums and go and see the bars" something I think most football fans would be doing regardless of this video. Not tying to hate, but in future it might be an idea to try and seek out the less obvious places that are really special for people to experience when they go these places.
