I didn't think this was gunna be a good series but the way copa 90 have integrated all the different shows into this one while it has it's own main theme has been impressive

try keeping the ball below ur knees when ur doing the kickups aim for that gives more control then after u master that u can keep going and do more skills with the kickups =)
If you really want to be better at kick ups, first work on improving your touch (your first touch at the lace of your foot). trying one touch controlling the ball etc. till you can do kick ups while not booting the ball away.
in my opinion you should make a football team with ur girs and enter to a local league. you probably wont be winners but you will have a lot of time to know another phase of you friends and have a good time, its all about having fun, you know.
