@ricebarnandrooms Another year gone. From experience, you will need the storage space. Prepare for at least 3 sets of bedding (Duvet, bottom sheet, top sheet and 4 pillow card) for each room. Towels face towels pool towels. Toilet rolls, shampoo bottled water etc. a long list and it’s all got to go somewhere. Laundry room with dryer especially useful in the rainy season. Hope this gives a glimpse into what you need to do when renting. When are we going to see you in the kitchen again 👍🏼
Hi, I'm sure I said it was debating not having as a resort, just family and friends, as for devaluing, it would probably quadruple the price especially it was a resort and sold as an established business, but Like I said, having something to do is probably more important.
