Awesome Alex! Beautiful. We used Hill Well Drilling for our well. Have a 310 ft and water level came up to about 50ft. 17 gallons per minute. Tennessee has no shortage of water under the ground. Do you have site design? The road is so lovely building a beautiful cob wall with flower beds and blooming trees would look amazing. The design would drawn eyes to the beauty and natural appeal and then your Cob House Homestead signage. 🙂❤️🌱
We are on raw land, needing to clear our property & want to build a cob house. We are going to build a cob shed first. We are planning on rain water harvesting & bought our water tank. We aren't doing a well (too many issues, etc.) We plan on buying 1-2 more water tanks (1550 gallon). Hoping to learn from your videos.... congratulations on your land!! 👍
We plan on doing a concrete foundation. Husband was in construction for some time (mainly home remodels) & retired from flooring installation. But we don't know much about cob building except for research & a few of your videos. Our county building codes are thankfully open minded & encourage rain water harvesting, alternative to sewers, etc. We can even build our own home.
Which direction is the land sloping in N/S/E/W? According to Vastu it can make a difference in the affluence of the land. Would you be interested in following Vastu building guidelines for ensuring being in harmony with the space, nature, the stars and destiny?

I am very happy for you. In Russia, I bought a yard to live and build a house, but the design took me 10 years. After that I left for Canada and it is very difficult for me to start all over again. Russia stole 30 years of my life from me. I am very pleased that you are doing well and that you live in a free society. Good luck to you.
