Know what I love about djent, especially on youtube? It's such a pure genre. Nobody talks shit in the comments because this is the music smart people listen to...and smart people tend to not want to talk shit if it can be helped. Fucking love djent in all forms. Metal is evolving, and I am fucking thrilled to be witnessing it >:D
Hey entities, I'd like to thank you for creating such great music. Nice chord changes, nice groove. your one of the few bands that i think i have ever heard make really mechanical drums sound really nice. Keep up the good work, ill be sure to follow you guys when you release more.
Dude i completely agree. I love how there are so many different kinds of metal now. I love all of them. I hope music keeps evolving in this direction. Stuff like djent and dubstep taking new forms these days is really a good thing.
It's definitely evolving. Djent started out with an onomatopoeia (as I'm sure you know) that the guitarist of Meshuggah coined. Going by that info, wouldn't you say that the djent of today sounds different than the pre genre assigned "djent" of a short time ago? Something like djent wouldn't have existed seven years ago, which is why I'd say that from metal: we got djent. Djent is a descendant, or type of metal. Therefore, metal is evolving, and in all kinds of directions. I fucking love THAT.
This band is soooo fucking sick dude. They need more support and more marketing to display what they can bring to the table for big venues. They would bring hell to it's fucking knees and pull the soul from satan himself with the power of their tunes. let alone playing a big venue with hundreds and one day, thousands of fans. Please keep it going guys!!!!!!! Much Love fom Murder Beach, South
@Entities916 no problem! just a quick question, me and my friend are starting a djent project and we're wondering did you guys use a drum machine or something like that ? because drummers are hard to find and we think it'd be easier to just program the drums ourselves aha, but everyone hates that so ?
A decade later and this still slaps. Love you guys!
