Don't worry Gabs, I hated exercise too but getting a PT was the BEST decision of my life! As long as you find someone you really get on with hopefully you might even enjoy it, as my PT has kind of turned into my friend/life coach too haha! Good luck with it and I hope it goes really well for you!
Definitely, apart from losing weight I feel so much stronger as we do weights (not as scary as it sounds!) to tone up, but I also feel so much more healthier and awake and it's making me want to eat really healthily too so I don't ruin it haha! x

I really like personal trainers! For me it's hard to like go to the gym but once I get there it's not bad.
