      Hi there. I am assuming u wanted to know how to cure the ink? If u r using Heatpress to cure the ink set the heat temperature to 170 D Celsius or 300 F Celsius. Use Matt heat paper to get Matt finish. I hope this is what u r asking

    Hi, there. Just want to ask? Did you use cardboard for the off contact? How much the thickness of the cardboard? And if ya? Is it ok if only use 1 side off contact? And, thank you!

    • @Riyum
      @Riyum  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there.. try to use a 3mm thickness for off contact, it should be on both the sides.

    Water based ink very low cost as plastisol ink.

    You don't use curing just use hotgun?

    • @Riyum
      @Riyum  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes we cure the ink with heat press.

      @@Riyum I see it's drying too fast. Does it use the most power? Is ink also an influence?

      @@Riyum how about finishing process? What do you used? Finishing with cure conveyor or heat press machines?

    • @Riyum
      @Riyum  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@anggisaurus3991 very good question. This is the most important part. If not cured properly the print will wash off in few washes. I used flash dryer to cure and finish it with heat press with medium press so that the design doesn’t get smudge

    • @anggisaurus3991
      @anggisaurus3991 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For all type ink it's same process?

    • @Riyum
      @Riyum  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@anggisaurus3991 yes almost all however it is more important for Plastisol Ink. Water base will air dry itself but it is recommended to run through the dryer or heat press it. For Discharge ink U will need a dryer with blower to activate the ink but it can also be heat press.
