Ive always known that you would come to this place eventually!!! We have been here like a gazzilion times and its always super nice. We love all the animals in there, it really makes us more connected with the nature. Also homemade korbaciky, bread, zincica, pies...all quality food. Whats here not to like.

Niekedy keď už nebudeš vedieť kam na výlet s tvojou ženou a deťmi, tak prídi do Trenčína. Máme tu krásny hrad, Lesopark Brezina, kde si môžete na ohnisku opiecť slaninku alebo klobásku😊 v časti Trenčína, ktorá sa volá Kubrá je prirodný minerálny prameň. Je tam pekne posedenie a dobre tam varia, no najviac oblúbene sú langoše. Volá sa to kyselka Kubrá a je tam aj Penzion Kyselka....je to v peknom prostredí. Určite neolutuješ. Prajem Ti pekný deň 🌺🍀

Hello. I live close to this place and we go here often. I am glad you liked it, but belive me, this was not busy day. When this place is busy, there are rows of cars all the way along that woods, there is long row in front of that little shop with cheese and there are people everywhere and all tables full. It´s usualy during fridays and weekends. Anyway, if you like their food and you happen to go to Bratislava one day - there is "Slovak pub" and "Flag ship" restaurants in the city center, which belongs to the same owner as this salaš. You will find there equaly good slovak food. Cheers!

Drinking borovička with beer, you cant get more Slovak than that. You should check out "cítim vôňu lesa" on youtube, its a slovak song you might enjoy :D
And borovicka in taste and smell is similar to gin (both are basically from juniper berries). It's fine mixed with tonic either (not so strong). Or just pure... Slivovica (plums) use to be stronger (52%), so be careful! 😉
