After buffing with rubbing compound, experts apply protective UV coating which usually comes in spray bottles. That keeps headlights shining for much longer.

After days, it will seems like dull as polish dry out completely. So Use machine for buffing instead of hand rubbing. Buffing from machine gives cleaner finish and seems like 100% new
There is no polish used here. Polish has to be applied extra if you want. But the video does not show any polish being applied.

The UV protection is already gone and that is why it has become yellow. If you want, you can add additional polish which acts as UV protection

T mins n tht too it has to be done gently...rubbing it hard with damage the plastic lens which becomes very thin with excessive rubbing using sandpaper

2000 number sandpaper doesn't remove much material. The reason why it gives shining is the same that I removes only top surface and not deep.
Infact it will not be possible to remove much thickness with this sand paper even if you take it as a challenge.
