I hope you'll watch her videos of Request portions, like she would ask the audience what songs they'd like her to sing and she'll sing them impromptu. It's usually funny but still impressive. More on interactions of her to the audience. We love her sooooo much when she does this.

Actually shes eating the mint candy " Vallda" while she is singing. She said she already mastered where to put the candies on her mouth while is is singing. It helps her relax her throat.

There's a video that Regine is using nasal resonance in the softer verses of the song instead of head tone, falsetto, or head voice because the latter are unstable (she probably meant they can appear or disappear depending on the state of her body, hormones, etc.)
Araw Gabi is my ult favorite Regine song. Fun fact: I used to trick my niece and nephew when they were toddlers in listening to the wish bus version (then Dadalhin & Tuwing Umuulan). They didn't mind at first but eventually figured out why I let it play on loop. Since it helps them relax, after a few minutes theyre asleep. Used to work until they started hating taking naps. Now they run away when I play it cuz they know it's nap time.😅🤷♀️

Cold water is actually better for throat good for soothing throat, thats why, its not gonna caused damage. Cold water and minty candy like for sore throat is the one shes using. Which it make sense since she uses her voice so much and she sing hella high lmao

The theory behind the ice cold water is akin to an athlete icing his muscles during/after a match as a way of recuperating from extreme levels of heat from exertion. It prevents inflammation. So in the same way , cold water actually reduces inflammation of your vocal cords. That’s why drinking hot tea to soothe vocals has been proven a myth because doing so can actually cause further swelling and inflammation because the warm temperature actually causes your blood flow to increase in that area potentially causing hemorrhaging from the violent vocal motions while belting. Imagine taking a dip in water, running ,and then going back to immerse in hot water-not a good combo. You want cold temperature to draw away the heat from your body to reduce swelling and fatigue
