Hi 👋🏻 I’m from USA & can guide .. Get idli rice bag from Indian store Soak 3 cups idli rice 1 cup Urad dal for 6-8 hours In blender/wet grinder, grind to idli batter consistency With your bare hand or whisk, whisk the batter for 3-5 mins to incorporate air in the batter (to get soft idlis) Let it ferment for 8-10 hours If batter is well fermented, you can add salt & make idlis directly If you feel there’s less fermentation, 1/2-1 tsp eno per plate can be added
@@pritipatel104 I have Blendtec .. but any blender with good 900+ watts should be fine .. go slow while blending .. bcoz we want rava like texture for idlis, dhokla, idda etc (not fine paste)
