- The Trump Card of the Ten Shadows cursed technique inherited by the Zenin Clan. Megumi Fushiguro has been known to call upon the sacred treasure known as Eight Sword Handle Sila Divine General Mahoraga. We have seen now Sukuna vs Mahoraga as well as Gojo vs Mahoraga , and both times the shikigami performed well using its ability of adaptation from its Dharmachakra Wheel. After seeing its full power in Gojo vs Sukuna, how would a 10 shadows user actually tame mahoraga? Let's find out!

I like the Heavenly Restriction theory simply due its symbolism for the story. The Zenin have always treated their members lacking cursed energy as nothing but trash so it would be cosmic levels irony that all this the thing that's been holding the, back is exactly that arrogant mindset.

If Gege lets us have one good thing it would be Megumi surviving JJK and having Maki help him tame Mahoraga (SPOILERS) I'm not sure if Mahoraga's death at the hands of Gojo count for Megumi not being able to summon him.

What you do is summon mahoraga get him stuck in domain. Get bull charging. Now you get Mahoraga wet with elephant and than continue to shoot him with nue’s electricity and keep him occupied with totality wolf. Once Mahoraga starts to adapt it should be time. Now sacrifice nues and slam mahoraga with elephant. Finally while he tries to deal with Elephant cut his head with inverted spear of heaven now wrap him with Orochi and finish mahoraga with bull.
It was
Step1: Tell Gojo your plan(has to agree)
Step2: Summon Ox
Step3: Target Gojo with the Ox (Limitless activated)
Step4: Wait 2 weeks for it's utmost powerful speed
Step5: Summon Mahoraga
I think Ox just gets stopped when touching the limitless, it doesn't actually keep running forever.
@@ByzantineRefugeefrom what I know, limitless doesn’t affect anyone whatsoever directly. Like, if a bullet was shot at gojo it would keep travelling at the same speed. The bullet isn’t interacted with at all it’s just that the bullet has to go through more space (limitless) than it otherwise would have. The bull would still be travelling, I think, it just would have looked like it stopped because it has an infinite amount of distance to get to gojo. Just because it’s not making progress doesn’t mean it’s not crossing a great distance though.

Edit: Ok so I read the manga and I think a can explain it more simply now. Basically, in math, no matter how many times you divide a number, it can never reach zero, so you can think of infinity as making Gojo the point zero and the process of moving towards him dividing, therefore making it impossible to fully reach him, and when he strengthens infinity, he just make the area that is considered “zero” larger. I know that was long winded, but hope it helps!
@@AberrantKoala The person isn’t interacted with directly but it is debatable if this would count for the bulls purpose of moving. Right, they didn’t really have time to explain it fully in the anime from what I remember but from what Gege(the author) explained the limitless barrier works via Zenos paradox, with is basically that no matter how many times you divide a number it will never reach zero, and as such that any moving object must therefore never be able to move from one meter to 0 meters because of this. It isn’t actually a paradox, things are perfectly capable of moving a meter, but limitless works like this. It takes n amount of distance and divides it infinitely: such that an attack moving at it may get past 99.9% of the barrier, but it doesn’t matter because it still has an infinite amount of .99999999…%s left, it will never reach a hundred percent because you can always add another 9.
You had had someone else helping with the ritual, that nulifies it.
I honestly think the 10 Shadows are pretty fair. With the two initial divine dogs you can take down the toad and rabbits. With dogs, toads and rabbits together taming Nue, Elephant and the snake is feasible. At that point you already have a honestly excellent technique. If you are greedy enough to want more, taming deer, tiger and bull is still possible. Mahoraga is a hidden, bonus boss for extra greedy users.
Just 3-4 types of shikigami already makes the technique clear of most others and even without Mahoraga it is leaps and bounds superior to say blood manipulation.
im curious if deer is hard to tame it doesnt seem to have any offesnive capabilities or perhpas megumi simply lacked the CE to summon it as max elephant drains a considerable amount of his reserves
@@urickmann7768 my take on this is that in order to tame it you must have access to RCT, otherwise you simply lack the capability to summon it. I guess you could see it as the RCT of the 10 shadows.
@@franconullo4228 i think that wouldnt make sense, its purpose is healing the user, so it doesnt make sense to have it only be available to those who can already heal. Megumi probably couldnt do enough damage to kill it before it healed itself.

Megumi must not have tamed it because of some other reason.
We have not seen the deer do much offensively so it might actually be quite strong. Megumi has trouble summoning Max Elephant due to the CE it uses, so summoning deer may use too much CE, leaving him too exhausted to win. We also do not really know how good Madoka Deer's self regen is, so it might just out heal the damage applied to it.
The fact that you start with shadow manipulation and two shikigami already puts it above most techniques. Add onto that, the fact that you can personally use the shikigami's techniques (sukuna using piercing blood w water elephant) and create chimeras... OP af. Just imagine hundreds of rabbits that emit round deer's positive energy to one shot curses or heal allies.

How about guide on taming the bull first.
What I don’t understand is why Megumi never asked Gojo to help him with a test run. You can summon each of the ten shadows as many times as you want to subjugate them; why not have Gojo protect Megumi and „fight“ the Shikigami until they have enough information, brainstorm how to beat the individual Shikigami and then let Megumi do it himself. If something goes wrong, have Gojo oneshot the Shikigami as an outsider and Megumi can try again. Rinse and Repeat until all of the 10 Shadows are under Megumis control

That makes a whole lot of logical sense, but not a lot of character sense, if you catch my drift. The problem is that Megumi was still learning his technique himself and was pretty early in his development. Gojo probably thought he had a lot more time with him to work him up to Mahoraga (which was obviously his plan because he told him about the mutual death match between their clans). Gojo was cocky and overconfident, and Megumi was insecure and unsure of himself so i don't think they would've done this plan in character unless they had some time and development first, which they never got unfortunately.
Would be fine besides Mahoraga, the dude known to have wiped someone exactly like Gojo
a lot of people have come up with the ox way of taming mahoraga, this is my take.
step 1: make gojo call the authorities to bribe someone to close the shinkanzen(japanese bullet train line) for a decent amount of time.
step 2: summon the ox in one end
step 3: summon mahoraga the moment the ox arrives at the tokio station
step 4: profit

How to tame Mahoraga in half an A press:
1. Open Domain Expansion
2. Summon Orochi and make it form a loop, ouroborous-style
3. Summon Ox and LBJ (Linear Bull Joust) on the Orochi loop to start building up speed.
4. Repeat the process to form several other Parallel Oxcellerators (PO's)
5. Allign your PO's so that each Orochi releases the loop precisely timed so that each ox gets caught in another loop (when they all release simultaneously).
5. Wait for 12 hours to build up speed.
6. Summon Mahoraga at the center of PO deathtrap.
7. Profit
Can a DE even last that long?

The way I see it, for regular Ten Shadows user to tame Mahoraga. They would need to take the Sukuna approach, make Agito to fight and stall Mahoraga then use the remaining shikigami to one shot Mahoraga like Piercing Ox or Max Elephant

Idk how much sense it makes, but considering that when the shikigami die they are fused to the remaining shikigami I kind of assumed that perhaps if you'd fuse the 9 shikigami together and fight in combination in a 2v1 against Mahoraga you might ultimately defeat him, and the 10 shadows ultimate technique would be the all powerful fusion of all the 10 shadows at once.
The act of fusing doesnt kill them. He is just unable to use dead ones and can only fuse them once they are dead
I dont mean dying is a condition for fusing. I mean if it is already dead then it can only be summoned by fusion. Alive Shikigami can be summoned either way

You see, the more i think about it, the more it makes sense. I think the 10 shadows use and the heavenly restricted person of the zenin family are supposed to work together to kill mahoraga. Cause if dragging someone into the ritual is similar to dragging someone into a domain, wouldnt people like maki and toji just be considered inanimate objects in the ritual? So them helping shouldnt nullify it.

Also I think it’s also correlated with the divine dogs when one is ostracized within the clan while another is heralded as one of the best things to come out the clan to no ce to being insanely proficient in ce it just fits well

Something I haven’t seen mentioned is that the next step in the tech is combining them like Sukuna did. Technically there would be an unlimited amount of possibilities, making adaptation impossible. Who knows maybe it’s possible to combined all the shikigami to make something that could overpower Mahoraga

It actually I did the math on the number of combinations Megumi could have if he had all 9 shikigami. Which is 511.
Here’s where it gets saucy: the combinations possible are actually 9 factorial, i don’t see why you can’t combine all 9 together to make one shikigami, if we take that theory into account the equation would be 9! Which equals 362,880 combinations. Truly though the number of combinations is actually infinite. The amount of ways they can be mixed up is infinite. Think of Gojo’s tech which abuses imaginary numbers, there is an infinite amount of numbers between 1 and 2. Thus, there is an infinite amount of parts the can be swapped around per whole shikigami. When you think about the technique in this way it makes a lot of sense on how it truly becomes a technique that rivals Gojo’s. It’s what makes it my favorite tech in the series because it allows the user to COOK some wild shit.

Heavenly restriction users can enter in domains and barriers as they want, assuming this applies to the summoning ritual, I think Toji and Megumi were supposed to take it down as a family effort.

@@ryanjhongawat5643 Well the main factor here is that, if somebody enters the ritual's radius from outside, or is within it during the start of the ritual, then even if Mahoraga is defeated it won't give the ten shadows user the ability to summon him, but assuming it works like other passive CT's and Domain Expansions, where they only target things that have some semblance of cursed energy, and things that don't can freely pass in and out, it's possible that Toji or fully realized Maki, who both have no cursed energy, can't be detected by the ritual when entering, and therefore if they had helped to kill Mahoraga, it wouldn't count as outside interference and Megumi would still gain Mahoraga.

Mahoraga is the final boss of the ten shadows technique. In order to tame him, you need to master every other technique in your arsenal. That means fusing all 9 other shikigami together, buffing the fusion with chimaera shadow garden, and using fused shikigami to deliver CSG’s auto-hit.
Luckily for the ten shadows user, you get as much prep time as you need. So I don’t think this would actually be as tough as you might think. Megumi would just need to combine every tool in his toolkit and launch a max damage attack.

Literally no user in history has tamed Mahoraga. This includes everyone who tamed all other 9 shadows. The point of Mahoraga being so strong is exactly that the 10S user cannot tame it, they lack any tools to deal with it efficiently (outside of external cursed tools, but good luck finding a tool powerful enough), which acts as an inherent biding vow allowing Mahoraga to be as broken as it is.

They had a bunch of secret techniques and Naobito is a damn monster. Keep in mind, no other clean had multiple relevant sorcerers. Gojo only had Gojo, Kamo lives off past glory, everyone else if kinda irrelevant. And this is a low point for them, they had even more power in the past.

Like a combination of Nue and Bull could maybe produce you a bull that doesn’t need the unlimited treadmill and can instead ramp up in strength by flying around (also getting a lightning charge to boot)

If Inverted Spear of Heaven hit Mahoraga, the Ten Shadows technique would be forcefully deactivated and the ritual would be nullified, so the user wouldn't gain Mahoraga.
That would atleast be a good way to nullify the ritual incase mahoraga adapted
I dont think it would work like that because mahoraga himself isnt a technique hes a summoned shikigami. I think in order for isoh to work it would have to touch the actually shadow that they are being summoned from

unfortunately the ritual won't recognize the heavenly restriction user as a cursed tool because cursed tools have CE but it gets really ambiguous when you try to count normal damage in the ritual. If Megumi can hurt Mahoraga with a normal kitchen knife, does Maki or Toji punching Mahoraga equal that? it would be easy to say the ritual checks who killed mahoraga by the cursed energy profile, but how would it check when normal damage belongs to someone in specific?
@@manthisjarisbroke9273you are correct they won’t be considered a cursed tool they would be considered an inanimate object. And why would they use “normal damage”? That can’t even hurt curses, you need curse to destroy curses. So all they have to do is use a cursed tool which is allowed. All that needs to be checked is if another person was involved in the ritual.
I think the catch is supposed to be it is physically impossible for a 10S user to tame Mahoraga and that’s how he gets so strong through a kinda binding vow. However I do think Toji and Maki break this by having no cursed energy. And that’s why the Zenin family has the genetics for it. Either someone came up with that plan, but the plan was lost to time, or it is kinda naturally baked into the technique almost like the six eyes with the Gojo clan
Step one: Summon the bull on the other side of the country and order it to avance in your direction
Step two: Summon Mahoraga
Step three: Stall Mahoraga
Step four: Once the bull gets close make sure to align Mahoraga
Step five: Watch as Mahoraga is one shot by a bull who charged for thousands of kilometers

My take on it is basically to create a further improved version of agito, agito has nue, serpent, madoka deer and mourning tiger integrated, so what happens when you integrate multiple shadows into piercing bull instead? Piercing rabbits? The possibilities are endless, but let's not forget that no ten shadows user had that "honored one" drive to defeat mahoraga, they probably pulled the same third rate tactics that megumi used, i think defeating mahoraga was simply the technique's "rite of passage" making sure that only selfish honored ones are worthy to be rewarded with more power by the universe, ones whose hunger is faster than even mahoraga's adaptation, the irony is that gege has that style of twisting set up expectations in an unsatisfactory way, by letting sukuna simply act as an anomaly that gets mahoraga by breaking the rules and using his own technique outside of ten shadows, or it could be that he had strong enough skills to actually pull of a win with only using ten shadows similar to how he fought against yorozu
Probably the latter, he himself had the adaptability to match anyone, even with 15F level of power
A lot of people think that the bull could solo Mahoraga if it get's enough charge, the problem would be that such plan is so easy it's impossible to think that no other 10 shadows user ever thought of it. So let's just assume that do keep the bull active for such a long amount of time would simply drain the user of CE completely and form another plan:
Requirements: all other 9 shikigami tamed, access to the various cursed tools the Zenin clan owns (you could take them temporarly) and finally a completed domain expansion.
Procedure: you open your domain expansion, from there you begin the ritual for mahoraga, you summon multiple copies of every shikigami you have at your disposal and throw them at it, this will keep it occupied and cause a lot of damage to it: the toads and serpent will try to hold it down while it gets rammed by multiple bulls and hit by anything else, in the mean time you also send your copies in the fight, each equiped with one cursed tool.
Let's recap what you've just thrown at Mahoraga: at least a dozen different cursed tools each of which has to be adapted to separately, a shit ton of bulls that ramm into him, lightning, giant serpents and an infinite amount of toads that makes it struggle to move, a giant pack of wolves, a deer that uses RCT and I may have forgotten some other bullshit. The sheer number of things you'd be using aganist it would make it impossible for Mahoraga to adapt before being tamed as it seems it can only adapt to one thing at a time and that does take quite some time.
2 Side notes:
1) there are a lot of indications that even if the shikigamis summoned in the domain expansion are killed you wouldn't be able to summon them again, the first example that comes out of my mind is that both the toads and nue have been "killed" by the finger bearer in the domain expansion and yet megumi was still able to use them afterwards.

I think that the 10 Shadows Technique has everything you need to be able to defeat Mahoraga, but you need to be strong, skilled, and creative enough to kill it. You have 9 other creatures that all have unique attacks that Mahoraga can adapt to.

I wonder if the inclusion of a technique like Utahime’s Solo Forbiden area would help in a case like this since it’d allow the user to temporarily amplify the cursed energy output of another as long as they’re in range. Which seems pretty big since she’d used it on Gojo before he’d fought Sukuna.
A 200% Agito would be crazy. Have it damage and occupy Mahoraga's adaptation (can't adapt to multiple things at once) while other fused shikigami can kill it. You don't need to one shot from full health. The other 9 shikigami techniques will do some damage until fully adapted, so their chip damage may be helpful for a supersonic water jet or charged up bull to finish the job. Ten shadows is the perfect technique for defeating Mahoraga solo, while still weaker than it.
@@PenguinSage I think the ability made the individual operate at 120% effectiveness with their cursed energy. So nothing crazy, but like trying to take Mahoraga down solo any boost helps.
Also what was interesting is that Mahoraga can only adapt to 8 thinks, so it’d probably take a pretty penny but if you could get some special grade cursed tools with good techniques you could add those into the mix to try and overwhelm the number things Mahoraga would need to adapt to. One that fits this bill would be ‘Festering Life Sword’ that was used by the Cockroach curse Yuta fought.

How I'd approach it is by learning DE. Buy a treadmill and put Piercing bull on the treadmill for like a day or so. Summon Mahoraga and have the bull Ohko Mahoraga while it's still doing it's very eccentric entrance sequence.
See I wonder one part with this is if it takes cursed energy to keep Shikigami out since like in the fight with Hanami you had Divine Dog totality get dispelled when Megumi had the cursed buds shot into his stomach and ate away at his cursed energy.

There’s also the fact that the more cursed energy and experience the ten shadows user has , the stronger their shikigami become , as shown with Sukunas use of the ability.
So if the ten shadows user has insane cursed energy output like Yuta Okkotsu has , than the shikigami would be strong enough to easily be able to take down Mahoraga.
I think Mahoraga doesn’t gain any buffs during the ritual since Mahoraga isn’t “yours” yet but he only gets buffed once he is tamed. This is just speculation tho, but this would make sense since it would be completely unfair otherwise.

That is an excellent point about needing 2 different curse techniques to realize the full potential of Limitless and 10 Shadows. It would also explain why the zenin clan never tamed mahoraga. Heavenly Restriction is not at all used or respected by the clan, and the notion that you would need a "Monkey" for THE 10 shadows user to become fully realised would definitely never have occurred to such an elitest and dogmatic clan. they definitely would have regarded that as insulting. Only someone like Megumi who was raised outside the clan would be able to come up with such a plan. But since you would need multiple rare events to happen at the same time, it never did.

How to beat Mahoraga using Ten Shadows is something I hope Gege explains either in an interview or within the series. I also want to know how Inverted Spear of Heaven and Mahoraga's wheel would interact. As far as I can see. Its like an Unstoppable Force meets and Immovable object. I don't know which one would come out on top.
shikigami is a technique, in an inverted spear of heaven that can forcibly nullify a cursed technique. the result will be the same as when Megumi lost to a grade 2 blue cursed spirit from episode 1. but since it's not a ritual and Mahoraga's not been tamed yet, the inverted spear won't work. mahoraga's adaptation is not a cursed technique. it's categorized as extras like gojo's Six Eyes, kashimo's lightning cursed energy, heavenly restriction, etc...
It's possible that the 10 shadows is meant to be paired with heavenly restriction via twins. Even if the exorcism ritual is voided by a restricted human killing the shikigami, twins are the same person under Jujutsu. 10 shadows also seems to take a pretty low amount of cursed energy and it conveniently allows the 10 shadows user to serve as a "hidden inventory" for cursed tools the restricted human. Hell, we meme on Maki's sister for only being able to make one bullet, but her cursed technique is considered bad because it's so inefficient. One person having low cursed energy isn't that bad when all you need to do is maintain a summon. Summons made as part of a subjection might even be a feature instead of a bug when you consider this.
Something else to keep in mind. 10 shadows has a gimmick of making the remaining shadows stronger when one dies, it also lets the user make use of their shikigami's abilities when they aren't summoned. We also know that Maki became stronger after her sister died. What if the "intended" interaction is for twins to be born, one restricted and the other with 10 shadows, and for one of them to die somehow passing their powers onto the other.

There’s definitely a power cap on piercing bull, wouldn’t make sense for it to get infinitely stronger. Just like with Inverse in Shibuya the technique can’t scale infinitely, there’s a limit.
I think the restriction of moving in a straight line is big enough to not put a cap on its accumulation. Like how Star Rage doesn't really have a cap because of the drawback of adding the mass onto the user once it reaches near gravitational singularity levels of mass.

I'm really curious what the Kamo clan's equivalent secret technique and gift would be if Gege decided to give it any narrative importance. Each bloodline having a coveted CT and rare physical anomaly would be consistent and satisfying as a twist reveal. Blood manipulation alone just doesn't seem potent enough to justify comparison to the Zennin and Gojo clans, they gotta have a better kept secret
Blood manipulation is busted.. it’s one of the fastes attacks we’ve seen in the series and it can boost physical stats, the issue is that we haven’t seen a special grade level blood manipulation user, and when we technically did in the form of the cursed wombs they essentially got negged, I agree that they should have something more to be part of the big 3 families, but unfortunately blood manipulation and falling blossom emotions is all well get out of them
Choso was able to recreate the abilities of his brothers. This could be because all of them have BM variants, but what if that is the true peak of Blood Manipulation? The ability to use any CT of a close blood relative.
BM is famed not for its sheer power, even if it does offer some good options. It is known for it's versatility, and the ability to use almost every technique in your clan's generation certainly seems to fit with that. A Noble family prideful of their lineage, holding the entire clan up with their CT.
The Zennin clan had a lot to CT totally unrelated to 10S, so the Kamo clan is probably the same.
I think one of the biggest and most under appreciated factors in this fight is the deer. We know Mahoraga holds a blade coated in positive energy, but the shikigami itself isn’t necessarily adapted to that as a means of damage. And when fusing the deer with another shikigami, there could be a chance that it’s able to attack with RCT. Plus, with elephant pushing Mahoraga away, the ox can get even more ground to run on while the sorcerer finds a means of one-shot killing Mahoraga with positive energy. I think the sorcerer has a real chance once they’ve mastered all the shikigami.
Step 1: master a open domain
Step 2: summon mahoraga
Step 3: activate domain
Step 4: summon a fuck ton of Piercing Ox's and let them run around gaining speed
Step 5: stall Mahoraga
Step 6: have a fuck ton of Piercing Ox's with alot of momentum hit Mahoraga at once

I feel like the key to taming mahoraga was the heveanly restriction people for they are considered inanimate object as such does not break the ritual. Similar situation with the granny who summon toji.
I totally agree and see it possible that the ten shadows user and the heavenly restricted user are bounded by fate. And one is pivotal for the other max potential just how you explained. Specially after seeing that the ten shadows user we see in the series is actually the son of the heavenly restricted one. Is very ironic, the clan’s most gifted person depends on the clan’s underdog to reach his max potential. So Toji was meant to help Megumi to tame Moharaga but he died before that. Maybe in the past also something of that sort happened or the heavenly restricted person was expelled or rejected by the clan due that arrogant mindset of theirs making it always impossible for him to aid in the subjugation ritual. That actually makes a lot of sense. Seeing it like that makes it seem like a lesson from the universe that the Zenin never learned.

Yes, but judging from Sukuna and Megumi's fused constructs so far, fusing a shikikami with an another tends to either 1. make the end result weak, or 2. it won't have the ability of the two shikikamis. Fusing shikikamis is used mostly for utility, it's still useful though because fused shikikamis dying don't count towards the permadeath (Not sure on this one, maybe it's just the partial manifestation that's like this). Totality is an entirely different thing though
Orochi is being used a lot in Totality Summons despite being dead
Also keep in mind that Piercing Ox can only travel in a straight line so using it at the right moment and at the right distance is important

I feel like the only way to do it would be tame all the others first then when you summon mahoraga you the domain expansion. Use.tranquil deer reverse curse technique to stop mahoraga's adaptation. Then onslaught it with all the shikigami. Max elephants water and nue's electricity. Having divine dogs and mourning tiger to jump it. Also using tranquil deer and rabbit escape to keep the others alive. While gamma and orochi restrain it. But that's a perfect scenario where non of them are destroyed.
agreed i dont think the ten shadows users had perfected their domains when they summoned mahoraga plus we have seen from sukuna you can use the abilities of the shikigami direct;y like max elephant so that could also give the user a considerable buff and help them join the assault

Can't you combine shadows? Piercing Ox and Nue sounds like a perfect combo for the mentioned plan, though it can only go in a straight line, nothing stops you from using the others to change redirect it... Nor does the ritual specify you can't summon your your shikigami BEFORE getting mahoraga out, does it?
I feel like It'd be pretty easy to tame mahoraga with piercing bull. Go to a gaint desert, have piercing bull run across the whole thing, and summon mahoraga so his back will be turned to the bull right before the bull comes into range

There was this thread on Reddit that went over the ten shadows technique and a part of it was how each shikigami could counter each other, of course at the time piercing ox, round deer, and mount tiger weren’t revealed but they fit in with the theoretical match ups of the other shikigami, divine dogs should with mid difficulty take care of the frogs, frogs restrain great serpent, orochi reaches up to and grabs nue, nue counters max elephant, max elephant floods the area and nue shocks rabbit escape to death, rabbit escape can allow you to escape piercing ox charge and distract it, round deer gets one shot with enough build up by piercing ox and that leaves mount tiger witch based on previous one is a hit and run specialist who’s a bit of a tank making it a battle of attrition

If you involve some other person you won't get the shinigami afterwards.
Basically, Megumi involved the ponytail to get him killed as well. Any outside interference at all results in the ritual finishing, but Megumi not getting Mahoraga. Its also why he didn't get it after Sukuna killed it.

1) Collect lots of cursed tools with different cursed tools with various abilities (Inverted Spear of Heaven and other strong abilities)
2) Store All Cursed Tools in the Shadows (or a Cursed Spirit like Toji Does)
3) Develop Cursed Energy Reinforcement (the ability Sukuna uses to not take damage) to the highest levels
4) Develop Ability to Use RCT to highest level
5) Refine and Complete the domain expansion
6) Learn Domain Amplification and Hollow Wicker Basket
7) Store a Heavenly Restriction User in the shadows (or alternatively use the incarnation thing Kenjaku used on Sukuna to take over their body)
8) Summon Mahoraga and open domain
9) Release all cursed tools and Heavenly Restriction user (if not possessing their body)
10) Set up Treadmill Method using the Ox (alternatively have this set up in advance)
11) Use the Shikigami abd Cursed Tools to overload Mahoraga with 8 weaker Techniques (allows Stronger Techniques to remain effective)
12) Continuously combine deceased Shikigami into stronger forms (provided they actually perish)
13) Use Heavenly Restriction User (or possessed Body) to overwhelm and defeat Mahoraga
14) The Ox builds up during the fight (which is likely prolonged if the ox isn't set up in advance) for one powerful attack to destroy him completely
No Guarantee that this would be successful
The different cursed tools that could be used are:
Inverted Spear of Heaven
Soul cutting Blade (the one Toji uses)
That Rope tool Miguel uses
Also have at least 10 tools with "useless" abilities so that Mahoraga adapts to those first allowing everything else to work

So as I understand it, the ox has to go in a straight line to build up its impact. Does that apply to falling from the sky? Could Nue drop it from a high height to give it the impact it needs?

I always understood that the point of Mahoraga is that the 10 Shadows user has no tools in their arsenal that can beat it (outside of gaining a different technique somehow or using cursed tools).
JJK's strongest power are biding vows, which don't necessarily require the user to formally declare a binding vow, it's just a name (for example, when they explain their ability, they gain a boost to their CT, because of the implied risk). By having an ability based around the idea of taming the shikigami, and having a shikigami you cannot tame, that shikigami can be boosted extensively through this biding vow.
To put it in other words, Mahoraga can exist within the 10-Shadows because the 10-Shadows user is inherently limited in his skill set and cannot hope to tame it. It's a biding vow that exists inherently in the technique (another example of a technique that is similar in this regard, Limitless is only that broken because it takes a massive toll on the user's brain and it's highly complex to use, just Neutral alone requires the user to understand vectors, directions, force, and so on, on top of a massive CE cost. For most users, Limitless is likely a detriment rather than a good technique to be born with it. It's only when paired with the Six-Eyes that they can extract the full potential of the technique, like Gojo).
I think a user could do it if they wasn’t lacking creativity so hard. I honestly don’t think it’s impossible that’s the only thing holding them back. Also woulda been cool if they had a monkey shikigami who latched on to a persons back and was able to drain cursed energy from them and give it back to the user. Imagine he put one on Yuta and had Yuta level of CE. He could do so much more with the addition of using the shikigami in shadow form like Sukuna does so they don’t die would be crazy
An advanced domain expansion would give the user a lot of room so if they could distract mahoraga for, just as a rough estimate, 10 minutes the ox should be able to charge up a one shot attack.

Think of the characteristics of the Divine general how many other humanoid creatures are there in the 10 shadows excluding the totalities as far as we know only The Divine general is this way maybe this is how it was always meant to be The heavenly restriction and the 10 shadows users working together to obtain the strongest shikigami for the head of the clan. Now before people open their mouths and type the stuff that we all know is coming the clan hates the heavenly restrictions because they don't have cursed energy you also got to remember who is the head right now a person that does not care about status. Maybe they were always meant to be two heads of the clan

I like the idea of Mahoraga being a deliberate trap for the Ten Shadows user, honestly. One that they aren't supposed to be able to defeat using just their Shikigami, and instead requiring the development of their own strength as a Jujutsu sorcerer. For instance, we see non-innate Jujutsu techniques like curtains, FBE, Simple Domain - as well as Sukuna's Fire Arrow. In addition, we don't yet know if different users of the same technique have the same Domain (since Naobito never used Time Cell, and SUKUNA HASN'T USED CHIMERA SHADOW GARDEN) so it could be possible that Mahoraga's defeat requires individual expression rather than rote learning. It's a shame JJK is gonna be so short, though, because Domains, Barriers, et cetera provide so much interesting stuff to battles but the breakneck pace meant we didn't get much time for training and explanation, yanno?
If Yuta were to copy Ten Shadows, he'd likely be able to tame Mahoraga by switching techniques, but here's something I'm curious about
1. Would his copy include the Divine Dogs since he didn't inherit it
2. Would his bottomless cursed energy influence Mahoraga the way Sukunna's did for Nue and Max Elephant
the way you mention it, it totally makes sense for yuta to not have demon dogs. when yuta copied druvs cursed technique, he couldnt summon his shikigami and used rika instead as the alternating domain shikigami.
@knucklesskinner253 thst sounds possible, but the 10 shadows are a preselected set of shikigami. While we don't know if druvs technique let you decide how they look
Sukuna has 2x as much CE as Yuta so yutas mahoraga would be half as weak as Sukunas
@@cjthaboss the strength of the summons isn't decided by the user's cursed energy, the cursed energy only puts a restriction on how long they can be summoned

If you can control the summoning position there are a number of traps to cheese this with. I like the pre charged bull most, but you get a heavy enough rock, or if you simply must one of those steel rods they drop from space
My strategy
Step 1 subjugate all of ur shikigami (except Mahoraga)
Step 2 kill like 8 of them
Step 3 fuse them into one godly totality
