    As expected, the review was really exhaustive. Has covered most of the sections quite in detail.
    Great.... keep it up Amit 😎
    Earlier I use to count on Powerdrift fellows. But ever since Sagar has left, things have deteriorated with that channel. But having said that, there's an opportunity to grab that empty slot thereby succeeding our very Sagar, if not in the channel but atleast on this TH-cam Platform.....our wishes are with you.

      Thanks for your wishes and compliments, although every channel tries its best. We are sure even PowerDrift will find a good replacement for Sagar. We wish them luck

    Good video once again Amit. Couple of things I wish to ask - 1. How do you compare this one with MT09 (which is a cross plane 3 cylinders) ? 2. What do you mean by “tapered handle bars” ? Does that mean they’re inclined inwards a little bit like the Z650?
    Thanks ..

    Biggest drawback and design flaw is coolant reservoir at bottom next to exhaust pipe. Already burst mine once while passing on speed bumps.

    • @techten1012
      @techten1012 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Suzuki needs to recall these bikes because of coolant reservoir tank placement at bottom. Suzuki US already have several complains about this issue. Soon it ll be a recall for coolant tank design flaw.

      I’m confused how you damaged the coolant reservoir? How big of a speed bump did you go over? Wouldn’t you hit the exhaust along with the reservoir as well?

    Hi Amit, is the power delivery very very linear? How do you rate CBR650F, Z900, GSXS750, Street Triple S, Street Triple RS in hierarchy as an overall package for a buyer in this 8 to 12 lac bracket?

    • @motoroids
      @motoroids  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the power delivery is very linear. The CBR 650 is too expensive for what it has. The Z900 and GSX S are interchangeable to an extent. The Street Triple RS is the best performer out here, and totally out of league. The second best has to be the Street Triple S, but bith those are quite expensive too

    • @DCVExpeditions
      @DCVExpeditions 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nice analysis bro, But how I see market is by the prices of developed markets like USA where all these bikes are made and priced. Actually when we say CBR overpriced, I hesitate a little to accept it as it is 8900 USD bike while GSX is 8300 USD there. Here CBR is cheaper than GSX and we still call it overpriced. There must be something as it is accepted there as a high priced bike. Many people call even RS overpriced while they have no idea what a great value this bike gives at this price. RS is a 12500 USD bike there and people buy it like hot cakes.

    • @ndperson1
      @ndperson1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      DCV sadly not too many bikes made in the US since it is too expensive here, although it is getting better to make a lot of stuff here. That said the street triple while expensive is amazing. I have the old version of the gsx-s750 (it was called that in the us but gsr elsewhere), but i had wanted a street triple but it was too expensive for me. I could have afforded it, but i dont like to spend that much on my pure entertainment. The newer version of the gsx-s750 is much more refined and a little peppier than mine but i got mine as a hold over for a steal. No problems so far despite about 10k kilometers on it since i got it last fall (a little over 5k miles but i was trying to estimate it for you). I hope you guys keep the gsx-s popular so they keep making it as here everyone seems to want to get an mt 09 (which i like but is harder to find a hold over for a good deal)

    • @DCVExpeditions
      @DCVExpeditions 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jonathan Bauer good to hear from you buddy. Actually we here in India pay just too much for these bikes, you know how much a Street Triple RS costs here? It’s 17k USD without taxes and a zx14 costs 27k USD. So you are luckier than us for sure. Cheers

    can we do the seat height low bcoz I m 5.4

    • @motoroids
      @motoroids  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's slightly high for that height. But there's a less padded, lower seat available as an accessory. You'll have to ask the nearest Suzuki dealership for details

  • @adityakamble4680
    @adityakamble4680 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    Kindly do a comparison video with the z900 and CBR 650f ... I m very much confused as to which one to buy . The z900 has more power and troque but it misses out on any sort of electronics as the Suzuki while the CBR has a full fairing which will help against windblast on high speeds .....

    Indeed it is a lovely bike and I bought one a few months back. The only issues are with the service cost which is too high, the service interval which is too low & no proper post-sale support from Suzuki. Also, the availability of aftermarket products is minimal.

    • @ndperson1
      @ndperson1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sa tha the engine is so smooth that i don’t think that it is that big of a deal (on my bike, the old version of the gsx-s since that is what it was called in the US instead of the gsr that it was called elsewhere) and i only had once that i wish that i kind of had it but it was easy to compensate for. The only issue i really have with mine is that if i have the tires at the suggested psi the tires dont have great grip and wear weird (the back would slide too easy under braking). I let out just a bit of air and it is way better and actually wears better. That said, i thought that both the new 750 and 1000 now have a slipper clutch, but i guess i could be wrong. Unless i am on a super torquey bike it isnt something i really pay attention too. I also like engine braking and sometimes slipper clutches can make it run too freely on high revving engines in my opinion (on my 750 i barely have to use the brake when slowing down, only if i need to actually stop)

    • @sas1deep
      @sas1deep 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you, Jonathan Bauer. How about cost of Ownership maintaining the bike, is it on costlier side?

    • @ndperson1
      @ndperson1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sa tha not so far, the only thing that is slightly more expensive is gas because i only ride for entertainment, so i ride hard and get less than normal gas mileage because of that
