I want to ask you if you were afraid of punching holes into a body and what happens if you want to remove them how do you deal with the holes that you made? I installed a very similar one, but not the same as yours I’m having a hard time, punching holes onto the side of the body, can't decide if I want to do that, or just secure it from the under only!
Yes I was afraid to make the hole into the body but I figured oh well, if I ever want to remove them it's probably when I'm ready to paint the entire jeep and by then I'll have the body shop cover the holes. If you don't punch the holes it will fall off. If you're doubting yourself then don't do it. If you're like me just go for it,, it's only material.
I've never seen an undercarriage that clean. Beautiful!
Thank you, that's dirty I'm planning on scrubbing it down and painting it
Your video made my install so much easier
Thanks a lot. Keep on making videos. They’re very good

Did you remove the original trim body nuts on the side, or did you leave them in? Was it nice and flush after complete?

@@FAFOWeekendAdventuresdoes it make the tub sit funny at all? Just curious. Trying to pump myself up to do this. lol
@@dad3562 it sits perfectly
Can I put a layer of rubber between the slider and my paint so it doesnt rub, scratch, and rust?
If you can find a way to make it fit, it's a very tight spot then yes you can.
@@FAFOWeekendAdventures is rubbing and rusting in the scratches against the paint an issue?
@@jonc2914 i don't it would be an issue. I just painted where I made the holes for rust purposes
