Sounds like my favorite camping spot. My five brothers and I camp our ancestral river every year in June to remember our Mom. It has a nice creek that runs through the campground if we have good rain. I love the sounds of the south at night.

I remember this is what I used to hear out of my bedroom windows every night in the summer in the sacramento suburbs we had a green belt running through our neighborhood and this was the sweet lullaby of summer time
I prefer crickets with a softer and lower pitch chirp.
The high pitch chirps are the kind that would keep me up all night.
