3 lbs potato
1 tbs salt
Boiling water
8 tbs all purpose flour
4 tbs rice flour
4 tbs cornstarch
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp kashmir chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water (slowly)
