As a brazilian i can confirm, adiano is silly In Brazil there is a strange group of youtubers that makes videos for kids, they edit their videos the same way, speak the same way, use the same ideas (like the same MIMECRAFT mods, maps or ROBLOX games) and even play the same games (mostly ROBLOX and MINECRAFT) He probably wanted to be a part of it, but he wanted to be famous quick.
Adiano, is actually a good person and with good intentions, its good because he understands that he is wrong and Will stop, and that one thing " haters is good because gives me views " It was a joke just like laughability did

Well, in one of Adiano's community posts someone said that the thumbnail and content was copied, and one of the replies was that Adiano was deleting most of the comments that were exposing him, that's probably because his viewers don't speak english so they won't watch any videos exposing him which will make them think the content is original, then when he got a big fanbase in a small amount of time he said that the content wasn't original after and that he was making a "Translation".

If im not mistaken, there's a dub feature on TH-cam. But also, Adiano didn't ask for permission before "translating" the videos. Adiano also completly stole the thumbnails. If he was trying to translate the videos, he would ask for permission to see IF Laugh and Temprist would allow it, then at least try and make his own thumbnail. That being said, i'm pretty sure Andriano knows very well that he's stealing and also knows that it's wrong. If I ever get into major content creation on TH-cam, I would be fine with people translating my content to other languages as long as they asked me first. If they don't ask me though, I would likely demonetize their videos. I think that porting videos to other languages is a good idea due to it potentially increasing traffic to the original video or channel, but I think that it should be done in a way that makes it blatantly clear that it is not the original video (through a disclaimer at the beginning of the video and a link in the description / pinned comment) AND should only be done if the original creator of the video grants permission to the translator. Stealing content and translating content have a fine line between them, and that line should not be crossed.
His arguments make no sense, if he wanted to create Roblox content for Brazilian kids he could've easily done that with his own ideas or if he was very desperate for it to be your videos exactly, he could've reached out and asked to make official Brazilian translations of your videos.

Being a Brazilian and watching his videos, on his own server, the Admins came up with reasons why he was copying videos, and they already exposed him a long time ago
I know you do not know me, I don't know you either, but I do watch you from time to time. And I can tell perfectly this. I can translate a lot of things perfectly given I know Portuguese and English down to almost full perfection If you eventually will need a helping hand to translate something I'm here for support like the random pro medics in TF2 that sometimes appear
The things is (from my perspective) he is not asking permission from Laugh and Temp to use their ideas and videos and also the credit isn’t that great, if you give credit at least have *different* clips and scenes and thumbnails than the person you’re giving credit to. If it’s the exact same (or *very* similar) just ask them for permission. It’s not that difficult, Adiano isn’t understanding what laugh is trying to say which makes it more complicated to actually explain the situation. Thanks for reading.

This is actually not the first time this kind of stuff happens in brazil. im brazilian myself and there was a case very similar to this with a youtuber named torajo, he'd straight up copy videos and scripts from other people and even animations and art...due to him making animation and art content and would also steal youtube tutorials on the internet on how to draw simple things while himself cannot draw anything. i dont know how torajo is doing right now, and i hope he is doing way better than this, but its really shitty how this is happening in the brazilian youtube side so often. its completely FINE AND OK if you are brazilian and you want to bring american content in your channel...BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do your own scripts, editing, and fetch your own images, copying is not cool, i know this from experience due to me being an artist, its very unrelated but we get the exact same feeling when someone takes our work and say that its their own. support your fellow creators.

If im not mistaken, there's a dub feature on TH-cam. But also, Adiano didn't ask for permission before "translating" the videos. Adiano also completly stole the thumbnails. If he was trying to translate the videos, he would ask for permission to see IF Laugh and Temprist would allow it, then at least try and make his own thumbnail. That being said, i'm pretty sure Andriano knows very well that he's stealing and also knows that it's wrong. But by saying that we realise that this is stupid and we already know who wins this argument ((for the sillies that dont get it: Laugh and Temprist win this argument)). He could acknowledge the mistake he made and try to be better by not doing it again but he didn't. There's no reason to side with him when this is OBVIOUSLY an open-and-shut case.

If I ever get into major content creation on TH-cam, I would be fine with people translating my content to other languages as long as they asked me first. If they don't ask me though, I would likely demonetize their videos. I think that porting videos to other languages is a good idea due to it potentially increasing traffic to the original video or channel, but I think that it should be done in a way that makes it blatantly clear that it is not the original video (through a disclaimer at the beginning of the video and a link in the description / pinned comment) AND should only be done if the original creator of the video grants permission to the translator. Stealing content and translating content have a fine line between them, and that line should not be crossed.

I like how you acknowledged the fact you could've phrased the "Stealing views" thing better.
His arguments make no sense, if he wanted to create Roblox content for Brazilian kids he could've easily done that with his own ideas or if he was very desperate for it to be your videos exactly, he could've reached out and asked to make official Brazilian translations of your videos.

The biggest issue with youtube is where people think crediting is permission, this is just one of those.

The things is (from my perspective) he is not asking permission from Laugh and Temp to use their ideas and videos and also the credit isn’t that great, if you give credit at least have *different* clips and scenes and thumbnails than the person you’re giving credit to. If it’s the exact same (or *very* similar) just ask them for permission. It’s not that difficult, Adiano isn’t understanding what laugh is trying to say which makes it more complicated to actually explain the situation.

im brazilian myself and there was a case very similar to this with a youtuber named torajo, he'd straight up copy videos and scripts from other people and even animations and art...due to him making animation and art content and would also steal youtube tutorials on the internet on how to draw simple things while himself cannot draw anything.
i dont know how torajo is doing right now, and i hope he is doing way better than this, but its really shitty how this is happening in the brazilian youtube side so often.
