Leper Jerusalem is my favorite song by them. Proscriptor of the band Absu used to play drums for this band back in the day. Absu is really amazing too.

You guys have quickly become one of my favorite channels. I have a request and I think you both may enjoy it. A band named I Am. The song is Burn Slow.
Melechesh (meaning, if I recall correctly, "King of Fire"), they invented the term "Mesopotamian Metal" to describe their style, mixing black metal with Middle Eastern rhythmic style and delving into Mesopotamian, Sumerian and Assyrian themes, and later exploring too, the Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism. They were a gateway to folk metal, for me.
So I'm gonna start being insistent on 2 petitions I think you should check:

The band is from Israel but now they reside in the Netherlands and the lead singer known as Ashmedi is Assyrian in origin been into these guys since the early 2000s, they have another great song on this album with the one &only max Cavalera if you would like to check it out its called lost tribes

Hey guys! Ever heard a finnish band called Diablo? Try it out, they're heading to studio again. Old ass as me, i like songs like D.O.A from 'em, but still can't wait till may when they're supposed to release their new single from upcoming album.
One of the few black metal bands I truly enjoy. Saw them live at a show where the main band was Nile, but they sounded just as impressive!
