You should try adding some milk into the malt. Oh, you should try etor, fufu and light soup, hausa koko with bofrot. Rice ball and ground nut soup. Rice with tomato stew.

I'm so glad you mixed the waakye, noodles, gari and stew because that's how it's usually eaten. Well done! I hope to see you try something else from Ghana. I suggest Gobe (aka Red Red).

Waakye is the most popular food in Ghana, and yes you have to mix everything up to eat.

The orange thing is Gari( cassava flakes mixed with the oil that forms on top of tomatoe stew).
    The fish is called Tilapia.

Waakye is traditionally eaten with goat meat stew, you should try it next time. It’s even better!
If you do a part 3, try a dish called banku with okra soup. It’s the best! It’s a specialty in Ghana.

Actually you mix the gari, Waakye, spaghetti all together in one mouthful then you get the taste working. 😁.. You guys are so easy going.. It's holla from Ghana 🇬🇭 😀

The sauce tastes like the Jollof because the tomatoe sauce would be the base for Jollof. The rice is cooked in the tomatoe sauce which makes it Jollof hence why it tastes similar :)
