I gotta say, I love your vids. They're calming, yet addictive. I bet riding the bus over in Japan is a far better experience than here in the States. I bet people don't talk loudly, play music or are generally disruptive like they are here on buses.
That fare was a great price for the distance, but I think I’d probably opt for the train to have more regular access to a toilet if I needed it. I’ve been to Fukuoka twice before - by ferry!
It's such a blessing whenever you drop a video, especially when it's a holiday but I'm just stuck at home. I never miss every single of it❤ that journey must've been a pain with that butt and neck cramps, please take care of your health ❤ Btw i win this time on rock paper scissors game haha!
The best part is the rest stop snacks. Otherwise it seems an uncomfortable trip this time. Although, I think it is better than the time you had to walk for so long in the snow to get to the ferry.
I have learned a lot from your videos. There is so much I would like to experience and try. If you continue to make videos, I will continue to watch. I hope to visit this wonderful place soon! I wish you well!
I visited Fukuoka last May. It's better to take the bus from Hakata Station to LaLaport than the JR train, as Takeshita Station is at least 20 minutes walking distance to the mall.
I have just found this channel and I love it! I’m binge watching and I’m learning a lot about Japan. What a lovely country! Thanks for your videos. They’re great, keep making them! And you’re so funny, you make me smile.
A long comment, sorry. I drove to a six nations reservation yesterday and it was a two-and-a-half-hour drive, and when I got back home I said something similar to what you said. My neck and back were screaming at me, but then I've got fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease. I absolutely love the curtains between each seat. I haven't taken a bus in years now that I've got wheels, but I would have appreciated a curtain. C'mon 🇨🇦 bus lines, this is a fantastic idea. I am tired of paying out $100 in tolls every time I visit my Sister; I'd take a bus if they had curtains 😂 Seriously, this was another excellent video and the minute I saw your udon noodles, my stomach growled loudly; that looked so delicious.
That's also the reason for that cheapness, that you stop almost in every corner in the route. I think I will choose the train because there is much more space, fastest service and a bathroom anytime I need to 😅 Anyway, there are options of all prices and that's the beauty of traveling by bus. For some faster and more expensive options, there is the plane or the bullet train, but a more affordable train or bus. Thanks for the video and recommendations.
Great videos! Still only halfway through watching all of them. I don’t see any visits to the Snoopy Museum yet. Is there one or do you have a future trip planned for there? Lifetime Snoopy fan here would love to see your tour/video!
Really love your videos I've been watching them all since I found your channel ,only thing I wish is that you would put the costs in British £ as well , love seeing all the different food and drinks and the beautiful places ,some remind me of Ghbli firms ,I've got my own chopsticks which I've been using for every meal 💜
What a great trip. Yeah, we can't compare this bus with the King of Night Bus, since the difference is huge, but hey at least this bus give you more stop for rest and trying different food at every visited Service Areas/Parking Areas.
Hello from Brazil!!! I'm a lawyer and travel a lot too, but here we don't here trains and buses are simples in comparative to Japan buses. Are very comfortables, of course, but don't give amenities or food (rarely, a snack 🥨 and a glass of water). Don't have curtains our doors not even the amazing first class cabins. We have simple bus, 2x2 seats and no bathroom, make lines within the city or short distances.Standart, also 2x2 seats, has small differences in inclination in the seats and has a bathroom.
Finally, for trips that take days, as Brazil is huge, we have 2 types of buses: bed and semi-bed. Bed reclines up to 180⁰, has footrest, wide seat, comes with blankets and pillow.
Semi bed reclines up to 155⁰, also has blanket and pillow. In both, the seating configuration is 2x1 and they are wide seats, 60 cm, with inclination for feet, light regulation and air conditioning. Good toilets.
These two kinds stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, bus stops and daily showers in clean places with amenities. There are trips that take weeks and several drivers take turns.
All kinds of buses offer free internet, hand luggage and on trunk (up to more than 50 kilos, depending on the company). Love your videos, tks for the great subtitles. Please show more food - poke, sushi, vegetarian or fish-only foods, no pork. And local wines and sparkling wines, 'cause we don't have it here. Perhaps a tour of a local winery.
That is a basic night buss service requiring advance toilet needs! The driver apologising for the cramped space says it all! No wonder you asked for HELP! 👃❤
About three hours is about my limit in any kind of bus journey without a break (other than dashing into service stations en route). More than that and I'd certainly get the train
great video, but i think Inari sushi does not have sweetened rice. Its the tofu that soaked in sweetend mirin, sugar etc. The rice is usually vinegared sushi rice! thanks
That seems an unnecessarily complicated arrangement: you put your money in a vending machine, but what it gives you is a ticket that you give to the person behind the counter, who then gives you what you ordered 🤨
How long would it have taken by the Shinkansen (much faster!), but how much would it have cost?? I guess that turning it into a Food tasting trip is a good way of relieving the tedium!
Nope, that's like a "lack of space-ship!". I can understand going on the trip for the experience...but no loo on board?? Or wi-fi? An absolute highway to hell! 😮
I hope one day Japan stops slaughtering dolphins and whales. That's one of the things I don't like about it. I'm a pesce-pollotarian, but I still feel guilty consuming the little meat I do eat. Hopefully one day we'll stop the slaughter of all animals for selfish reasons.
I gotta say, I love your vids. They're calming, yet addictive.

Unless it’s a limousine bus heading to/from Narita/Haneda filled with tourists. It’s an unbearable experience.
@@lameowizardTourists being the keyword there. 😛

Japan is amazing! I'd love to travel in a bus like that. But I think these buses are very strange in the rest of the world.
That is one long trip on bus, I am suprised alot of people still use bus for inter city travel, is the bus considerably cheaper than rail / plane
Miss a rest stop? You're screwed for another 3 hours if you want to go to the bsthroom. Unless you have an empty bottle laying around
Set your alarm each 3 hours, is doable.
In the claw grabber game, go for the nearest toy to the hole. That way, if the grabber drops it, it might bounce off the other toys and into the hole.
Any ev bus which run short route in japan? 😊

That seems an unnecessarily complicated arrangement: you put your money in a vending machine, but what it gives you is a ticket that you give to the person behind the counter, who then gives you what you ordered 🤨
Miss a rest stop? You're screwed for another 3 hours unless there's a empty bottle as a last resort. Doesn't look comfortable for 16 hours
I hope that the bus gave everyone an 1 hour break. That has be a long time sitting uncomfortably . 😐
I enjoy your videos, and they, along with Midnight Diner, make me want to visit Japan. But, Japan should leave the whales alone😢

How long would it have taken by the Shinkansen (much faster!), but how much would it have cost?? I guess that turning it into a Food tasting trip is a good way of relieving the tedium!
Shinkansen would be 5 hours and cost 23.810 yen.
@@isamuominae So one third of the time for 3 times the price! Interesting comparison!
