I think this demonstrates the main problem with the Mario game stories. That women only exist for the men as some kind of trophy object.
I couldn’t help but notice that Luigi was jumping slightly higher than Mario at 1:43, just like he does in some of the games. Way to have attention to detail

@randomman4938 Actually, they filmed season 18 a year ago, at the same time as season 17, so the date must be significant for some other reason.
The last time Mario went to one of Luigi's things, he got stuck in a painting. Also, they're called the Mario Brothers because their names are canonically Mario Mario and Luigi Mario.
Luck for that just convient excuse for Mario lol

One big difference between Mario and Luigi is their romance skills Mario and Peach have relationship that is always changing, but Luigi and Daisy are practically married.

They probably used a blue screen. Film crews sometimes use those if they need to have green in the shot.
@@josettejoy6003 I thought of that, but their overalls are blue too. Maybe their tech is just good enough to tell the difference.
@@thetommeister4121 Maybe it's easier because the overalls are darker than the blue screen? I don't know. Just like you I like to figure out how they do things. I hope they send out a Behind-the-C video.
Luigi's costume was actually yellow and we colored it green in post. Mario and Luigi were on a green screen and bowser and peach were on a blue screen because bowser has green on him
