You think $890K is a lot for this home... Ask anyone moving from NY, New Jersey, Connecticut, Mass, California, Colorado, Miami etc. What they think about it. Unfortunately, prices and values have gone up a lot in North Dallas due to buyer demand, economic growth, great schools, low taxes, low crime, and great quality of life.
