yeah flywheel is def knackered, having recently changed 1 myself I bought 3 used clutch/flywheel sets off ebay and picked the best one of the 3 sold on the rest, the worst one didn't rock anything like urs and also before buying I researched the dmf and was informed by a ford mechanic that any dmf the moves up and down rather than the normal left/right is a NO NO

The clutch plate on the st170 much more meat than that!
Did u get u money bk also wat noises was u getting from dmf was it when u was driving or stationary ext ?????
