- Join Acharya Shree Yogeesh in this podcast as he explores spirituality and its connection to Jainism. Learn the difference between religion and spirituality as Acharya Shree explains his teachings based on the Samanic Tradition, closest to the Tirthankaras' teachings in Jainism.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh often cites Jainism during his talks to give examples about the spiritual path; however, one can be confused as to whether or not Acharya Shree is a Jain Teacher and/or is teaching religion or spirituality. In this podcast, Acharya Shree says he's a spiritual teacher and focuses on spirituality than religion, but cites the teachings found in Jainism as they are closest to the Tirthankaras' teachings - the Samanic Tradition, which is what Acharya Shree follows and teaches.

Take away the relative "you" and you'll see that u already are a yogi. It is the false sense of self that prevents you from seeing this clearly. Humanities only true problem is that identity crisis of believing yourself to be the body/mind entity instead of the awareness that is the very life within form. Stay as the true Self and remain in stillness and peace being simply the knower and the seer of all. This is truth and this is end of suffering and the end of karmic lessons. The karma you collect in this life becomes your next life's experience. We must let go of the body mind and then see that it functions on its own. The phenomenal world is completely automatic and spontaneous. It is when we think we are the doer of actions that we go against the flow of universal energy. Let go and just be at peace. Don't wait for tomorrow. Just be here now
