Yes, Juan. Tornado was a newly built steam locomotive, the first one built since the last one, Evening Star in 1960. Tornado is an LNER/BR Peppercorn A1 Pacific Class Steam Engine. Sadly, all the Peppercorn A1 Pacific Steam Engines were scrapped. Tornado was constructed by The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust in Darlington from 1994 & completed in 2008, today, he's still running to this very day.
