I find option B more likely as a pusher would be firmly aware of their guilt during the row while a tripper needn't erase memories and simply needs to be confused/disoriented (such as from tripping over)

@@hk78901 I mean if we're going for the first giveaway that it was going to be a mock trial rather than any real legal proceedings I'd be torn between the fact it was clearly not a justiciable issue and that no court would sit for a case that the defendant doesn't even know about yet 😅
The fact it's filmed already gives the game away that it's fake, as does the fact she doesn't know about it until she walks into the courtroom.
Also doing in ad read in the middle of court
Wait...the fucking surfshark ad didn't give the game away? Or that it was filmed?
In my country the case wouldn't be accepted as it'd have an expired date for such a low level incident.
I'm so glad his sister is a good sport 😅, I'd like to sue my brother for having the big room, it's a totally foolproof plan.
I have a scar on my forehead, not unlike Harry Potter, after my evil sister wielded the potty of despair against me, and used it to thrust me upon the protruding corner of a wall.
You sir, are giving me ideas.
Tell me you're not an American without telling me you're not an American
9:12 “Would you care to elaborate.” “No.” “Your honor she’s lying.” “What?”
Yep. She didn’t say anything there. And it’s „honor“ 😅
Don't worry, Max, I 100% believe you.
Your sister has proven time, and time, and time and again that she NEVER admits responsibility for her actions.
Therefore, it makes sense she doesn't want to admit to something so bad as to harm her sibling.
It's obvious she's guilty.
It's scripted man the jury are just a bunch of paid actors it's illegal to film in a court house so how would the video be real and before you say i was joking you legitmately said she was guilty and said how she wronged him multiple times bro not everything on the internet is real.
@@lucianking1451 And what makes you think nicodamus is serious, ey? May I remind you that not everything on the internet is real....
@Macewindy bro thinks he made a point by repeating my last words.
@@lucianking1451 it's a joke
@legendenfutte4931 Except jokes are funny and set up for punch lines. There is no punch line at all just a slight sarcasstic overtone which doesn't make it a joke. Either you people tell funny jokes or GTFO.
Its sad how many people think this is real.
its sad how you are such a karen, they just find it funny but its obv an act 😂 hes just getting paid for it
Too funny.
I’m glad that she won. It was so nice to see her so happy after being so terrified.
Loved the drawing too. Nice souvenir.
Your videos ALWAYS make me forget the issues I'm facing. I know that if it's like that for me, it's like that for at least 99% of your viewers.
Sending much love from Australia.
cried with laughter at the ad transition, its so max fosh
It is so sad to see such an injustice carried out, I cannot help but feel that the legal system in the United Kingdom is in shambles if this sort of thing can occur.
10:58 never thought i'd hear max swear
maybe i can sue my brother for hitting by with a ball and knocking me over when i was taking my first steps as a child!
Maybe!
"Mumsy coming in clutch for her favourite child" what a line
your sister's facial expressions during the court case are priceless
the surfshark ad killed me xD
Max never stops making great videos! Keep up the great work❤‼️
i feel so bad for her, she just wanted lunch
There's no such thing as a Fosh lunch
@@KevFrost lol
oh rahh
Talk about not letting go about a grudge
Max is slowly using TH-cam to get back at every past wrong in his childhood- first the primary school teacher and then the sister 😂
Lol 😂
Fun video, and I love it.
I am not overly familiar with British court procedures, but I can’t imaging this was an actual court of law, more like The People’s Court of Judge Judy.
I cannot imagine that the defendant in a real civil trial is allowed to just not show up, and they would certainly have a right to know the details of the case before showing up.
Yeah this video is fake and those are actors, but funny to watch
This was the BEST segway into an ad I've EVER seen.
I laughed so hard at this! I cannot imagine having you as a little brother. Kudos to your sister for putting up with your antics. I'm glad she was "acquitted". LOL😂😂
Good to see the court system being put to good use
Wasting court time is all that is going on here ---
Imagine getting called for Jury Duty to be met with this
6:55 her face goes "oh did we? I guess we did!“ 😂😂😂
First video I’ll watch that’s not in short form. Cheers Max!
Max has got to be the funniest british person ive seen in a while
@Scarlett Witch 🅥 shut up
One of the good ones
Perhaps you should watch some actual British comedians.
May I suggest "Would I Lie To You?"
@@katrinapaton5283 considering i'm English myself thats not something you're gonna need to worry about. i probably should have clarified british youtubers though
Man sues his own sister for a crime 20+ years ago when they were children and then loses the case. That's a news article waiting to happen.
In the beginning I was all curious... but when it started one could tell 100%, the lawyers are actors. 😅😂
missing file at 1:00 haha as a fellow final cut user, you have no idea how many times I've opened up final cut and been terrorized by that logo!
This would have been so much better if it was setup as a joke on Max's sister, rather than trying to pretend this was a real court (which it patently isn't for numerous reasons).
He did that ad read on oath, so you know he’s speaking the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth
If it’s a civil case, why are they saying ‘Prosecution’ instead of ‘Claimant’?
After watching this, I had a sudden desire to take one of my brothers to court. But then I remembered that one of them is an exceptionally good be attorney
This reminds me of an incident when I was a child. I think perhaps one of 2 things happens, A: a pusher denies it so strongly when they get in trouble that it overwrites the memory of pushing or B: a tripper in the confusion and pain misinterprets their lost footing as a force from behind, thereafter remembering it as a push.
I find option B more likely as a pusher would be firmly aware of their guilt during the row while a tripper needn't erase memories and simply needs to be confused/disoriented (such as from tripping over)
I would have liked to see more about how max got the two lawyers and a judge to agree to do this.
Paid them money to act like lawyers and judges
They're clearly acting.
I love how he actually follows through on his promises and isn’t clickbait.
Your poor sister 😭😭😭
The Judge’s face when you started talking about Surfshark is priceless
LOLOL. I never laughed so much in my life! The moment when he turns to the camera and starts to recite the advertisement. LOL. That is some state-of-the-art comedy right there. Best ever. Mad props to you Max Fosh.
Bloody good effort chap! I love your enthusiasm, I know what it's like to build a van on your own!!
6:30 Judge is wondering what he is doing with his life 😁
😂😂😂
The way Max Fosh' mind works is unpredictable. And I... decided to just sit here and enjoy the chaos in every video.
Perfect parents, each child feels they are the favourite 👏👏 well done mum and dad.
i know this is most likely staged (in civil cases in the UK, there are not juries) however i still think it is hilarious😂😂
Hilarious, but so many things wrong with this😂. English judges also don't use a gavel and the outcome of a civil case is never to determine guilt but liability
It's set up to freak out his sister, it's obviously not a real case lol
I think the videos with Tali in them are my favourite. She's such a good sport.
Your sister walked free even though she has a history of abusing you and hurting you. The court system is awful!
11:25 I'll keep that in mind....
Bruh same
