As it has been settled by the court, the title should read: "I sued my Sister for a crime she did not commit as a child" as "I sued my Sister for a crime she committed as a child" would be accusing her of being guilty. Though it has been decided she is not.
Be careful, she could sue you about this, your family has a record of doing this decades later.

I mean, the terms "sue" and "crime" doesn't go in the same sentence. Max has completely mixed civil and criminal elements together. i.e. Civil cases don't determine guilt but instead liability, civil proceedings are also generally not decided by a jury. Also English judges don't use a gavel.

    • @jessthomas3910

I mean the whole lawsuit was clearly fake as no way a lawyer would represent someone who didn't even know was hired for them nor of the trial at request of person hiring who also happened to be the prosecution. It's extremely unethical. Civil cases in the UK don't have a Jury, never mind the fact a court wouldn't of allowed filming in the first place. Only the Judge during sentencing and final remarks may be filmed.

In the UK you aren’t even allowed to Film in court. And this case would barred for a long time. And it wouldn’t be legal that his sister shows up without knowing there is a court case. And this would be a civil case, but civil cases don’t even have juries. And so on and so on. Maybe the judge is also real and he has a day off. I think perhaps one of 2 things happens, A: a pusher denies it so strongly when they get in trouble that it overwrites the memory of pushing or B: a tripper in the confusion and pain misinterprets their lost footing as a force from behind, thereafter remembering it as a push.
I find option B more likely as a pusher would be firmly aware of their guilt during the row while a tripper needn't erase memories and simply needs to be confused/disoriented (such as from tripping over)
