I give Stan Lee credit for helping with stories but not character creation...For example Dave Cockrum the creator of the new X-Men in 1975. Giving them there powers and abilities and origins.. And here is Stan Lee at a NYC comic convention that I attended in 1987 taking credit for these characters. this is why people know him as a fraud. This was said by Dave Cockrum himself.
