James was absolutely amazing on the bench. At 1:28 he's got optimal leverages with the elbows under the wrists as he drives the bar up off of his chest...awesome! I include this technique and others in a powerbuilding book that I published earlier this year called IRON-FORTIFIED FOR LIFE, focusing on what I've learned over the decades studying greats like James. He's right up there in legendary status along with Pat Casey, Jim Williams, and Ted Arcidi...doesn't get any better!

+apolon92s well first off henderson benched 700 in a full meet. Sarychev did 738 in a bench only meet. Second, I think James Henderson is natural which is incredible on that level, Sarychev is most likely not.
apolon92s krill competes bench only and competes in meets where they don't drug test. James bench was better given those circumstances
