Nice it looks like a large Dutch oven I think that what it was called but it was years ago thank you for the video looks like I'm going to try make my own and two lids great job
Roy Geiger I just picked up a lid with no bungholes I’ll be using for this. I’m going to put two tall handles on each side to better aid removing the hot lid. But it works like a champ
This may be over doing it, but I was think imagine having something cooking on top maybe a Santa Maria style grill elevated. Or with the lid Painted would it be something that can be a bit dangerous ? What do you guys think ?
Very nice, with a side load door the versatility would go through the roof! Do you have an email I can contact you at by chance? I have 2 drums and I am going to start a build soon, I commented on another video and you had offered advice. I was going to give you a rundown of my build as far as parts and such and see what you think. I do not have facebook or I would go through there.
Nice! Would like to see how the chicken comes out like on the lower 2nd level... Might have less char... But it looks awesome though👍 Did your lid warp with the heat?
Hillbilly just showing the versatility of the uds. Bake you a pie. a loaf of bread if you like .. come thanksgiving time, everyone always needs more oven space with all the casseroles, pies, breads, etc.. just showing how to do it if you need to.
Great idea, I have two ugly drums, one is six feet tall so I just might have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing

What if you used a handful of charcoal and a wood chunk for a little smoke flavor…
What's the name of that device used to light the charcoal?
Billy Joe it’s a Bison Butane Torch
Using a smoker without that pesky smoke flavor! WHY? Lol
