Both Endo and Naomoto have long-term injuries (ACL) and are unlikely to play in Paris. Kobayashi has come back from her ACL, while Miyazawa is coming back from her ankle injury; both have good chances to be ready for Paris. The biggest blow, as of now, is losing Endo in the left-wing. Possible candidates for this position are Kitagawa (who played in this game), Sugita (who plays attacking midfield for her club), and Koyama (who played left-back for Ikeda in the U20 WC in 2022, but has since moved into midfield). We'll have to see.
