Mine is a non-foundation 49k vin. I’ve run cables through the area and can say that there is no double sided tape. It must of been changed to use clips as I had clips where on a video I saw had the tape.
Yeah, it's funny. Mine seemed perfectly fine but during a recent service appointment they replaced them anyways. Must be replacing everyone who had tape with clips. I'm not sure what I had, never looked.
our sail panel was good. but one of the doors for a mount became un-glued (for lack of better term) from the bottom side of the sail panel. i think i passer byer pushed it down breaking it maybe thinking it was a button? now the door sits about 1/4" down in the recess on the studs, no longer flush. will have to remove whole sail panel and re-adhere the door to the panel with epoxy or something?

Thanks. Mine flew off. Tesla fixed. Wish I had seen this before. Took them a couple weeks to get the part. All good now.
Sorry to hear that but glad it's all been fixed.
Mine arrived with it partly detached by the tail light. Thanks for the video
Glad you caught it!

It looks like the little plastic doors are supported on 2 plastic nubs that stick out from the sail panel. Did yours get broken off?

Gotta love having to do pre flight check list just to drive your vehicle.
Only need to check once. Not that big of a deal. Beats having to change the oil every 3000 miles 😁

Hey friend, this is Hansshow,a popular brand who make Cybertruck accessories,do you interested in review our products? How do we reach out?
I prefer manufacturers who figure this stuff out before they sell the vehicle.
I prefer manufacturers who are constantly trying to improve their vehicles. Occasionally that means things need to be fixed. I'm cool with that.

guess you haven't purchased too many first year, new model from any manufacturer before.
@@happycamper1608 more like you haven’t, companies spend years testing their products BEFORE they sell them on the market.
@@keithhutchins8803 perhaps that's why they're all years behind Tesla in tech and capabilities 🤔
Hi there! What's the best way to contact you for business inquiries on CyberTruck accessories?
