This is brilliant. John McGuiness is an absolute legend, and the fact that people that actually know him say he hasn't changed, no big ego, just a normal guy.... a normal guy who just happens to be one of the greatest to ever step onto the island.

I've met him twice this year. Both times he was just like one of us. He spent hours at our blade display at Donington and even went looking for a battery in the paddock when one of my members broke down. Absolute legend.

Some people say that John's career was ended by the shortcomings of the Fireblade's sticky throttle (back in 2017), but he still managed fifth position in this year's TT. And on a Honda too! Who else would go back to the manufacturer that nearly left him paralysed after breaking his lower-left leg, four vertebrae and three back ribs. What a hero!!!
John's many successes are due to his long hours in the gym, strict diet and sobriety .......... Bahahahahaha! And especially NO BEER!! BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! What a legend.
