WOW. worked like a charm when all else failed!! Better than calling EPSON tech support waiting an hour on hold then getting someone who doesn't know WTH to do and puts you on hold 1000 times while they look in a book and charge you up the wazoo for tech support.... THANK YOU!!

Bless you MDTech ! I was loosing it until I saw this Thanks! In my case I kept pressing start on print spooler like you showed and it wouldn't start, but I just needed to restart after following your instructions and it finally worked

1:12 What worked for me is a full restart and then running "Services.Msc" as administrator (so right click and select run as admin) and then start the print spooler before this it would say its starting but turn right back off
