Nice videos. Slow growth at first, but keep it up and we'll keep watching. Maybe our families will cross trails sometime. Until then, Godspeed.

Nice, saw your truck in Calgary filling up with gas. Thought I'd check out your channel. Awesome stuff!

Can you go over your gear?? What worked for you and what you would do differently regarding the gear you used... Thanks

Will do! Anything specific, so I can be sure to include it?

Everything in general , brands, sizes, what worked for you what you would like to try instead, what products you wish existed that would have been useful maybe some can recommend something to you if they know of some products that you are looking for. I'm interested in your rear bumper rig setup your storage solutions, maybe you can he divided the video into two episodes so that you could have more videos on your channel in general . I myself wish there was some sort of insulated heat battery that could be placed instead of the the spare tire well that would capture the heat from the exhaust pipe while you're traveling around , and then when you stop and camp out a couple of insulated hoses could go up into the tent with a radiator similar size to an oil radiator and a computer fan that will blow the heat into the tent from the heat battery , this way you always have hot water and heat for the tent always with you , hope you get the gist of this concept I'm sure it's not out there , the closest thing I found was an insulated propane donuts tank , but that's not even close but maybe a first step .maybe somebody could build it if you have similar ideas I let it be known maybe somebody already had made something that you're looking for or can recommend an alternate solution. I myself am building a GX right now I'm planning to take out all the back seats ,build a storage box that's about a foot + tall across the entire rear then I want to put a low profile back seats almost in the very back only leaving space behind the seat enough for the field kitchen for the things you don't want to get dusty this way the kids can sleep on top of the platform and the kids can have some leg space and could sit with their legs extended over the platform if they wanted to also this way they also don't kick the back of my seat , the kids could sleep on top of the platform that will be level with their seat. I made an estimate then it seems like square footage of storage would be about the same this way . I just did the 2.5 inch lift got some trd wheels and ridge grapplers order the tent and awnings still waiting for them to arrive I'm going to start building a roof rack tomorrow I'm thinking of extending it about a foot and a half forward over the windshield that would be about 2 ft forward of the front edge of the skylight , maybe as far as I could take it with the hood opening up not sure yet and I'm not sure if I even need to do that I will take a look at it tomorrow if you get back to me with any recommendations or you think it's unnecessary please let me know. I wanted to put some lights up there in the front and then after the lights put a tube type fuel tank 10 in round by 40 inches wide I mean to paint to the black and carry up to 15 gallons of water for the kitchen shower whatever and then behind that the tent and behind the tent storage box but I'm not sure what get low profile aluminum toolbox or maybe a military pelican case I don't know yet would be good if you could recommend something ..we are taking the kids out of school placing them in homeschool I was just doing the documents today, organizing everything right now getting them ready for a trip new type school and lifestyle . We live in Northern California. We want to go up to Alaska by the summer and then down to Montana through Calgary. Maybe we could stay in touch and you could recommend places to visit. Also also own some empty lots in Arkansas Texas and Florida they're just sitting there so if you plan to hang out in the South you're welcome to use the properties least properties are pretty rural and then one in Northern Arkansas it's about half a mile away from a huge lake I don't even remember what the lake is called. Anyway let me know if you're ever interested they're just sitting there I'm not using them but I'm just paying taxes . Once I get the rig organized I'm planning to go there and set up a little camp site on each hopefully I could finish one before next winter . In the future we're considering buying a sprinter for this reason I was really thinking of I'm buying a tow hitch tire carrier so first I can use it on the GX and then place it on the sprinter on another hand I was thinking of getting a bike couple of electron bikes this way I dedicated bike rack I would be more secure . I don't know yet I have lots of ideas and no one to recommend that's why I reached out to you. I'm sure you have more experience and input on this and a lot of hearsayers that actually don't have any experience so I'd love to hear everything you have to say and I'll be looking forward to your next episode. Thanks.
