This place is the worst place ive ever been.. very poor and rude staff and service. I went there today .place was almost occupied but managed to find one table and just grabbed the table ani ekaichin ma ekjana staff aayera this place is already reserved rey... that was the embarrass moment for us. And i asked him if theres any other table so i can sit and he said evey table is reserved rey... i just stared at him said atleast you should write reserved in the table. But was no reply neither from staff nor from owner. Ani ma jurukka uthera bahira niskee..very much disappointing. That will be my first and last visit to that place.

Visiting this place proves to me that no matter how modern and sophisticated Nepali middle class try to act like, their sense of hygiene is extremely low. Priyanaka and Oshin - particularly Oshin - completely, it seems, missed out on a major facility that any restaurant that pretends to be a hip outlet tries to maintain well i.e. restrooms. Oshin's and Priyanka's endorsement of this place, and the fact that I am a natural momo-lover, pulled me to this place the other day. After some minutes of search, we reached the place tired and very hungry at lunch-time, having missed out on our regular breakfast. In between the dishes - which we though were reasonably good - I had to visit the restroom. I don't know how the men's room was, but the ladies' restroom was extremely dirty - commode full of excreta and flies milling about. What to do? Should I try to flush? But, afterwards, if I have to wash my hands, where's the soap or handwash?
So, the memory I have of this place is of unspeakable stuff, thanks to the complete lack of sense of hygiene of the Palcha owners direct or indirect promoters like Oshin and Priyanka.
