Great video. I wasn’t aware you had a channel until now. Glad you were successful getting a nice bull. You guys put in the effort and it paid off! Great job. These Wichita mountains are special.
You showed us more of what it's Really like. You put in a lot of time & effort. Got rewarded with a really nice bull. Your persistence paid off! Great video. Congrats!👊
Definitely a Wyoming resident, type of tag? Let's see....... alot of bulls, quality bulls, hard to find one not broken up from fighting, yeah that would be a high / max point draw unit for a non resident.
Always enjoy your videos. Most your videos appear to be in this rolling/breaky hills sage brush type country. You mind sharing what part of the start you’re in. Like north central or south west Wyoming etc. Don’t expect a unit or anything, but looks similar to an area I’ve hunted in the past for deer and am considering in the future.
Hey nothing wrong with that bull! Great job. I’m hoping I can get decent weather and get it done in the last three days this month. It’s all I’ve got left.
@@itsgotine I’m jealous 😂. I got started late in life elk hunting , just didn’t have the time. But now I have the opportunity to start hunting. I got to go in 22 on a backcountry pack in guided hunt in Wyoming. It was beyond my expectations, the tv doesn’t do the country justice. It was my dream hunt was fortunate to tag on a respectable 6x7. Camp was awesome Planning on my first pronghorn hunt now and mule deer hunt. This is a great country we live in. Enjoyed your video and look forward to the next one
Thanks dude! It’s a real problem 🤣😂. Constantly looking for sheds, especially if I’m not finding animals. But what better way to find a bedded buck/bull then really picking apart hills looking for tines. It’s a win-win lol.
@@itsgotine great bill. I cannot believe how long your seasons last I have done my last hunt. Had my left leg amputated below the knee February 14 2022
How in the hell are you supposed to find the elk if your messing around looking for deer shed's. And another thing is you talk to loud for the camera. Notice how the elk are walking away from you when you spot them. They have amazing eye sight and can hear you from a long distance away.
Listen I love hunting and I love shed hunting. I’m out there doing what I love if elk movement is slow I’ll look for sheds, it’s not that serious man. Also I appreciate your concern but for one you have no clue how far I am when I’m talking to the camera. Two the elk are completely relaxed. I’ve personally killed 10 bulls and several cows, I’ve gotten my daughter two bulls and been on countless other elk hunts with friends being successful. I’m plenty aware of elk senses and behavior. Thanks for watching!
Greatly enjoyed your video. Thanks for releasing it.
Thanks!
Great job man. Fantastic footage of many good looking bulls. Congrats on a really beautiful bull. Well done.
Thanks man! 👊🏼

Congrats on a great bull!

My TH-cam algorithm found your channel. Great bull! General tag? Guessing maybe you live in Wyoming?

Thanks!! Yes we are Wyoming residents. Fortunate to be able to hunt areas like this one every few years.

Thank you so much!! We definitely prefer the open country over timber. Bounce around quite a bit. Stick mostly east of the continental divide.
STUD Bull. Congrats
Thank you!!
Is this a limited entry unit? Looks like amazing country
Yes it is.
@itsgotine looks like unit 100, or close to it.

Thanks! Good luck on your hunt! Hopefully you get it done.
Congrats on a nice bull. May I ask what caliber you were using? And bullet?
Thanks. I was shooting Winchester Supreme 180 grain out of my 300 WSM.

Great bull man, great terrain
Thanks dude! Love hunting open country!
Great bull man! All your fall hunts seem to turn into shed hunts at some point 😂
