Naaalala ko pa po sir tuwing may bagyo at tag-ulan bumabaha at nagmimistulang swimming pool yung dalawang underpass sa Maynila. Ang Recto Underpass at Lagusnilad Underpass dahil sa sobrang lakas at walang tigil na ulan
